This is the BEST place to come if you are on the search for that perfect countertop. What an amazing group of people here! Erika in Dublin spent so much time with us to help us find just the perfect slab. So grateful to her for her patience and her willingness to go above and beyond to help us! Russ and Jerry are so knowledgeable and kind, and they just have an amazing team ~ can't speak highly enough about them!

Not only that but between Dublin, Burlingame and Sacramento they have an incredible selection of quartzite, marble, quartz and porcelain. This is just the best place to come if you need stone for any type of project ~ highly, highly recommended IRG! Thank you Erica, Russ and Jerry all your help ~ We really appreciate it!

Amazing experience. Staff lets you walk off leash among the huge slabs but still there when you have questions. Amazing selection of marble, quart, quartzite, with some tiles to boot.

Good selection of slabs, especially marble. Prices weren't bad either. Location is a bit out of the way.

IRG was the first and last stone slab yard I visited in search for my perfect kitchen countertops. After visiting seven places in the East Bay, I picked up three quartzite slabs here. My search started with looking for porcelain slabs and not every slab yard carries such. IRG had the largest selection, however I quickly learned that like quartz, porcelain slabs are manufactured in sizes up to about five feet wide which would require me to have a seam between two slabs to cover my kitchen island.

So I went to quartzite as my targeted slab for the size, variety of natural stone design, and it is heat tolerant. IRG offered great service both on the phone and in person. You need to make an appointment to visit their slab warehouse, however, this was never a problem for me and they were always accomodating and able to be flexible with day of changes.

Their variety of porcelain, quartzite and other natural stone is quite plentiful. They have another location in Brisbane, so there is quite a huge selection in inventory between the two locations. Their retail prices are most competitive. Be sure to work with a fabricator who can most likely be able to get you a discounted price. IRG allows either you to pay for the slabs directly to them or your fabricator can make the payment on your behalf.

It won't be until about a month when my countertops are installed. I can't wait to have my beautiful new kitchen! I highly recommend anyone looking to remodel with beautiful countertops to check out IRG. In the end, while the retail price of my swabs were the least expensive, the discounted price of the ones I selected were not released but very competitive.

I chose IRG because the particular quartzites I chose was most appealing and design. These are natural stones and so you will not have an exact identical slab between different places.

Raissa were extremely helpful for all my projects. I ordered probably over 100 slabs in last 3 years and they delivered it on time and the customer service, quality and condition we're Amazing I have to say I'm general contractor Who is doing lots of Apartments remodeling I'm still ordering I would 100% order again and again Thx o lot Raissa

Amazing customer service and the best selection I have seen. The prices are high, but the quality and selection is outstanding and make it worthwhile. I love the marble I chose.

We had a terrific experience at IRG choosing the raw quartzite slab for our kitchen counters. We visited several stone yards in the Tri-Valley area and decided on IRG for three reasons: customer service, selection, and price. We made two trips to IRG; the first time we just wanted to walk the yard and get an idea of selection and prices (which were competitive with other stone yards in the area). Raisa kindly looked up at least a dozen prices for us, which we appreciated greatly.

By the second visit, we had decided on Perla Venata quartzite for our kitchen counter material. Raisa and the slab movers were kind enough to let us choose from one of four raw slabs they had in stock (whereas some stone yards only moved one slab for us, letting us choose between one of two). We selected our slab and had a hold placed on it. After that, it was as simple as providing IRG our fabricator's name and number and filling out some paperwork.

It has been a little less than a year since our kitchen counter slab purchase and the counters are everything we could have hoped for. Thank you IRG :) (This review is based on our purchase in April 2017)

We purchased Pentel Quartz for 3 bathrooms from IRG in Dublin 3 years ago. We were vety pleased with our very helpful and friendly saleswoman as well as their price and service. So when we decided to remodel our kitchen we headed there again to select counter material. This time we had a very friendly salesman who was of absolutely no help. He appeared to have little knowledge of the different brands of quartz now any style sense.

He called over another man who tried to stear us to a much more expensive material than we wanted. Several days later we again went there, this time to find a backsplash. It took us forever to find a salesperson. An older salesman, who never gave us his name, finally came to assist us. When he heard we wanted to purchase lower price point tiles he became rude and dismissive and made it clear he wanted us to leave. Won't be going back.

Raisa was so helpful. She put some granite on hold for us and worked with us when we went into see it. She then helped us to zero in on the tile for backsplash. Very on top of it yet very relaxed and no pressure. Thank you.

Very happy with this place. Fantastic selection and very friendly staff. We were able to pick the slabs we wanted and even put them on hold until we found the contractor to install the counters. They are reasonably priced comparing to some other places.

I looked at countless stone yards and showrooms all over the Bay Area, trying to find the perfect gray quartz with just the right veining. I love the look of marble, but didn't want the upkeep. I also didn't want something that screamed "I'm fake marble!". At one point, my family was threatening me because I was holding up our kitchen remodel with my indecisiveness. Finally, I found Integrated Resources and found a quartz I loved from their sample board.

I had the girl in the showroom pull a slab, and there were no surprises - it was just as beautiful on the full slab as on the sample. Months later, I still look at my counters and can't believe I found exactly what I wanted. They are gorgeous and the staff didn't act like I was nuts for wanting to see the full slab, which is the reaction I got at a few other places. I plan on going back to them when I do my bathrooms.

Alexis is absolutely top quality! She was very knowledgeable and did not try and push something she thought the wrong choice. She was so on top of things, I told her she needs roller skates. Knowledgeable, friendly, polite, honest.what else could you possibly need!

I purchased my granite here after looking at numerous suppliers in the Bay Area. Not only was the selection fantastic, the customer service was outstanding. Lynne was a great help-always very friendly and accommodating. She also recommended a granite contractor, Starlight Marble, and he was excellent as well! An overall great experience!

Our experience at IRG was hands down one of the best in our entire reno process! We worked with Mike and I can't say enough about his expertise and patience. He educated us on different types of stone, associated costs, durability, etc and made us feel like we were his only clients. If you're in the market for any type of stone/tile, this should be your first and only stop!

I totally agree with the other posts. Good selection and the warehouse staff is great, but the manager lady is quite unfriendly and a bit rude. She acts like you are bothering her and taking up her time, rather than being welcoming and appreciative that you are patronizing her company rather than spending your money at another supplier. This is supposed to be an exciting experience - you're getting a new kitchen or bath and spending a ton of money, when people are downers like this it really takes the wind out of your sails.

I left feeling like I didn't want to do business there. FYI to the ownership, send her to a customer service training class. I'm sure shes great at what she does and probably just doesn't realize how her demeanor is rubbing people the wrong way. Smile and be friendly. try it, you might like it, I guarantee you that your customers that pay your bills will.

Great selection. The office manager is very rude and unfriendly. Nothing to motivate me to come back again.

After having a bad experience with a local Livermore granite supplier (Sosa), we came here for some bathroom remodels. They also have a warehouse to select from across the peninsula which is larger. We found what we were looking for in the Dublin warehouse. The quality and professionalism was far superior to what we had before with Sosa. IRG is competitively priced, you are treated courteously, and the work is done on time. Installation was also great.

You may not recognize their name as quickly because they don't bombard you with ads in the paper all the time. The only reason I found them is they do promote public TV and therefore get some airtime as a form of advertisement. I only wish I had found them before!

They are great! Very helpful and patient as we made our decision. Recommended fabulous installers! Would use them again in a heartbeat.

THEY WILL SELL YOUR GRANITE OUT FROM UNDER YOU! Even if you and/or your fabricator keep in touch with them and while they assure you that have not and will not sell it to someone else. I reserved some granite in June of 2011 and when I needed it in September, it was sold. Both my fabricator and I were in contact with them several times during this time period and were told that the granite would not be sold. But, they sold the granite we had taken weeks to find with NO REGARD FOR ME OR MY PROJECT!

My wife and I did not find out our granite was sold until we went to the fabrcator and discovered that Integrated Resources had sent them one slab that we never looked at and another slab that was the last pick of the four we had chosen. Our fabricator then called Integrated Resources and were told that "our" granite was gone. This made the trip to the fabricator a complete waste of time. So, now I am out a half day's of work plus a $270.00 fee paid to our designer to help pick out the granite in the first place. Intergrated resources COULD NOT CARE LESS!

The salesgirl, Saida, took "full responsibility" for the mix up but then proceeded to blame my fabricator and other salesmen on the staff of her own company. WHAT A BUNCH OF WORMS! I am sure Integrated Resources will say this was everyone's fault but their own. This would be, to say the least, UNTRUE!

I checked out this business today and so far I am very impressed! I first sent an email inquiry and they responded promptly. During my visit I was welcomed and assisted right away. I thought they had a great selection of countertops (granite, limestone, quartz, etc.) at reasonable prices. I didn't get any sales pressure or tactics which I appreciated, and at the end of my visit they answered my questions, provided samples, and left me feeling very positive about the business.
