James, Thank you very much for your response and more importantly, your action regarding this matter. I just received 8 pallets of pavers from you which enables me to restore my driveway. I happily retract my previous comments regarding Acker-Stone's failure to stand by their product. I am very pleased that we were able to reach a successful conclusion. Acker-Stone fails to stand on it's product quality or warranty. I have a 5800 sq.ft. driveway that is less than 4 years old and the pavers are disintegrating. It's been almost a year since I first contacted them and I continue to be ignored. Probably going to have to file a lawsuit, which is a shame on them.

Beware. This fraudulent company will make oral promises and then make you sign a contract that completely screws you. I had an oral agreement with a sales rep and they tried to make me sign a contract that contradicted everything they promised me. When I brought this to their attention and asked them to amend the sales contract to reflect our agreement they canceled the order and refused to do business with me.
I drove hours to the location and spent an entire day at their store waiting for a customer service rep to become available to help me. We made and agreement and I left. Thereafter I spent weeks trying to get them to fulfill my order with the agreed upon terms. This company wasted a tremendous amount of my time with no remorse. Their business practices are both short of deceitful. This was a large order for 30 pallets so apparently writing one sided contracts is a very important part of their business model.
