Critical: Professionalism, Quality These cabinets came with a new home construction with KB Homes. They are of extremely poor quality. The edges were frayed and split when I moved in. They mismeasured shelves and just used caulking to fill in to make up for the mistake in measurement. Unbelievably poor quality and installation! Service: Pre-made cabinet design & installation

DR Horton used this company to install cabinets in my development. Unfortunately the cabinets were poorly made and fell apart shortly after warranty. When I called the company to order the same cabinets, the company told me that although they did the install they do not install for individual home owners and to do research to find another company. So now I have to find a company that makes the exact type and color cabinets in order to replace their cheaply made cabinets. Very inconvenient.

The cabinets were installed in my new home development. My biggest regret is not checking for the brand name/company name before agreeing to the upgrade of my cabinets. I paid for an upgrade for better quality, better looking and white cabinets but unfortunately, the cabinets keep on falling apart and have been repaired more than once. My cabinets are only 4 years old. I wish I never bought their cabinets for my house or even to upgrade in the first place. Not worth your money.

You really want to hire people and make them work around the insane redhead "gentlemen" that bothers the public on a sidewalk? He seems like a liability to have around. This was my first impression, witnessing his madness on Youtube.

Critical: Quality Terrible cheap cabinets. Our house is almost two years old and the vinyl wraps are peeling off of the cabinets. I keep trying to call for service but it's just an answering machine that says the mailbox is full. Services: Custom cabinet design & installation, Installation

Called for assistance with some Cabinetry work and receptionist was very hesitant to transfer me to get some help. She finally transferred me to a girl named Letisha Lukes. I asked her if she was able to receive my request through email and she bluntly says "Oh I probably deleted it" No one wants to get work done from a company that doesn't really care about their customers and is that rude and unprofessional. Hopefully they get some better employees in office, until then I would highly recommend finding someone else for your cabinet needs.

We live in a new build in Murrieta and they did the worst job with these cabinets. Not only are they cheap quality, but they left our home honestly thinking they must've done a good install job. There are way too many crevices and cut jobs (that looks like our grade school son did it). We put in a ticket with our builders warranty to get these people back here to see what a shoddy job they did so hopefully they have good customer service and not the bad attitude I've heard from other neighbors within our neighborhood.

Extremely dissatisfied. One of our cabinet fronts was nicked and they must've tried using a filler and tried putting it in the corner hoping we didn't notice on our builder walk thru. I guess the cheapest bid is really all that matters and these people did not disappoint on their cheap.

We hired Mark to do a major kitchen remodel recently. His reputation was stellar so we felt comfortable hiring his company. We were told it would take about 5 weeks from start to finish. there were walls removed, wiring moved, lighting installed, cabinets, counter tops, new sink, range under floor vent, flooring, texturing and painting, etc. At the 5 week mark we moved back into our absolutely stunning new kitchen/living room.

Him or his subs were there every day they said they would be there and I still cant believe how they just stayed at it until the job was done. I cant say enough great things about the care, quality and professionalism we were shown. I heartily recommend Excell Custom Cabinets to everyone.

I has some cabinets installed and I've got to tell you, these installers know what they are doing. Finally, my kitchen looks and feels like home! Thanks everyone!
