I contacted this business for a fence estimate on a Tuesday and the operations manager Brian told someone would contact me which they did, his name was Sean. Sean said he would come out Friday between 10am and afternoon which was a vague answer but never came to do the fence estimate. They were a no call no show and Tuesday arrived and he still had not called with an explanation or to reschedule.

I will be contacting another company to do my fencing. This was extremely unprofessional of them and when I contacted Brian again (the operations manager) to let him know what happened he couldn't care less. His response was "I am sorry to hear that. I hope all works out well for you!" (Because I said I was going with another fencing company) He didn't acknowledge at all what Sean did and didn't say that he would talk to him etc.

Didn't even try to keep my business. Lost a lot of money with me I'll tell you that much. Hopefully this won't happen to anyone else. 1 Star is being nice. They shouldn't get any.

The guardian fence and gate crew is extremely responsive and thorough!

Can't comment on the service however, did have one of their trucks pull in front of me on Harris road in Townsend on 10/9, license c46640. Allowing plastic trash to blow out of the bed of the truck the whole way. Passing by farms, ponds, people's property.

Been dealing with this family owned company for 36 years and 3 properties. The only fence company I would ever use. Got their name from my uncle in 1982. He used them for 3 properties for 20 years.
