This is our second time using MAXgreen and once again they did a fantastic job. From start to finish, the project (4 windows) was a very smooth experience. Our sales rep was knowledgable, courteous, and understanding of our budget, while the installers were hardworking and very proficient at their craft. In the end, we were left with beautiful windows and no more leaky drafts.

We recently had a number of windows replaced by MAXgreen. They were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, clean and punctual - all qualities you want companies and their employees to have when having any work done to or in your home. We were particularly impressed with our install crew led by Dave. We have noticed a significant reduction in outside noise. Thank you for such a positive experience!

We are building a roughly 3000 square foot infill with a 850 square foot carriage house suite. We were working with Jayme and have ordered from MAXgreen the Dorwin windows for the main house, and Plygem windows for the garage suite. At our initial meetings, we were pleased with the professionalism and customer service. We were super impressed with the Dorwin product, ended up ordering a the Dorwin European tilt and turn windows for the main house. Initially, Jayme was extremely supportive, and even took time to educate us about the product.
When we ordered it, Jayme even promised to send his guys to help install the front door and patio door, because he said our framers would have issues, due to the size and weight. This service was supposed to be complimentary. When our framers were not able to install the rest of windows and doors (because it was too heavy), Jayme had provided us with a company that to do the install.
This came at an extra cost (which is fine if they did the install properly). The arrangement was slow to say the least. On top of that, the install was horrible. Things did not line up, and install was not proper. We had to hire someone else to straighten the front door a bit (spent extra $500) and it's still not really good. The backdoor couldn't even be opened after the install, it was scaping against the floor.
The back door is still does not line up, and can't be locked. We had someone adjust it a little so it can open, but there's still not enough clearance to lay tiles down. We reached out to Jayme and told him we were ready for flooring and need this fixed in order to install the flooring. He said he would get the guys who installed it to come take a look at it again.
It has been more than 2 weeks, and there has been no follow up. I really regret referring our friend to purchase windows and doors from them as well. We already purchased another lot to build another infill, and definitely do not want to order more based on this bad experience. The product itself is a decent product so gave an extra star for that, but MAXgreen does not provide support for the product they sell. Very displeased to say the least. Won't believe them when they say they will provide support before you purchase from them.

We recently had a couple of windows and a sliding door replaced at our condo in Calgary. It is an older building (1970's), so there are several layers of siding and stucco to work through and it was not a quick or easy install. Wes and Dave did a great job and the new windows look fantastic. We had a couple of quotes for the work and MaxGreen was not the lowest price, but I am very happy with our decision to go with a quality product and installation. It was a good experience from start to finish.

If only all trades were like MAXgreen. Bryce and Emil were unbelievable. They were polite, efficient, answered all of my questions and were patiently with my puppy who followed them everywhere. Their work product was impeccable. I keep looking at my new door and thinking "Wow". I would highly recommend them for all of your window and door needs. The staff at the office are incredibly helpful and polite as well.

We are thrilled with our new windows from MaxGreen! We were impressed right from the start - working with Trevor's suggestions, Jim's expert eye and Bryce & his helper's (sorry - can't remember his name) meticulous work and attention to detail! They took 3 months to come - just like we were told and 3 days to install - just like we were told! Our windows look beautiful from the inside and out. We would not hesitate to recommend MaxGreen to anyone looking to have new windows installed! Thank You MaxGreen! :-)

This was our second experience using Max-Green as we had them install new doors previously and we were so happy with the experience we reached out to discuss replacing our original windows. We had quotes on our windows before by other companies but as they are installed behind the stucco, a lot of the quotes came back with excessive costs on additional stucco work so we were originally deterred from replacing them. Whilst Max-Green was installing our doors, I chatted with the installer who said that a lot of that stucco work wouldn't be needed except in areas where there was decorative stone or the window had a sill built out of stucco.
We decided to go ahead and replace all of the windows except the few that would require stucco work (as that would need to wait until Spring). The service and communication from Max-Green during all steps from the original consult to the final install was exceptional. We ended up having one defect window that needed the glass replaced and a few screens had not showed up with the original install. Max-Green promptly had the new glass and remaining screens ordered and scheduled a date for install as soon as they could.
They even did a hold back on the final payment until the entire job was complete without us requesting it. That may not sound like much but we are currently doing a full renovation and it amazes me that other companies expect full payment up front regardless of defects. So kudo's to Max-Green for standing behind their quality. I did see some reviews prior to us moving forward on Ply Gem windows.
Some people complained of quality and ice building up on windows but primarily it was lack of communication and service from Ply Gem. Our consultant and I discussed this and he said for the quality issues, unfortunately some people choose to move forward with the most cost effective windows and while they perform well in cold temperatures, in -20 to -40 you will see ice build up and moisture.
Especially if they have window coverings over them. We went with the triple paned top of the line windows and I can truly say I have never been as amazed with a product as we are with these windows. Even with 4 out of 14 windows still needing to be done, our furnace was barely running during the current cold snap of -25 to -40. As for ice build up, I'll attach pictures showing the new windows compared to our original contractor windows.
It's currently "feels like -40" and there is barely any ice building up in the corners of the glass. And that is only because we had blackout curtains closed while we slept. Compare that to the two pictures of our old windows. Again, I am so glad we got these done prior to this winter. I can't wait to have the remaining ones done in Spring! As for the service aspect Max Green handles all of the warranty and service aspects with Ply Gem for you and in both our Doors and Windows install, we found it to be seamless and worry free.
Special shout out to these Max-Green employees: Jay, Jim, Raylene. They all made the experience great! (1st picture is the new window, second two pictures is the old windows (completely covered in moisture and frost)

We are very happy about the job down by Trevor, Mark, Dennis and Dee all the way from the site inspection and quote to the end of this successful project. They have shown professionalism, were very pleasant to deal with, very open to our requests and went beyond our expectation! ALL the neighborhood has come to compliment the quality of the sidings and windows boards! Way to go, kudos to the team and Merry Christmas!

MAXgreen did a great job on a bay window replacement in my rental property. The job was a bit tricky as it required some coordination with another company to repair the rot on the condo corp-owned exterior wall but in the end they were able to make it work. The quality of the window and quality of the install was amazing. Really happy I chose MAXgreen out of the 3 quotes I received. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking at a window project!
