Counter Toppers

Wow! These guys saved me! New gas stove top didn't fit in old granite counter. They came out and saved me before the wife got home to cut the granite in house and cleaned up before the boss got home. Wouldn't use anybody else in Montana except these guys for my counter top needs!

The most dishonest and laziest company I have seen. They were contracted through Lowes to install our granite counter tops. they missed appointments, lied about contacting us, had multiple excuses on what the issues were. We ended up cancelling and fighting for a refund after they cancelled our install three days before it was suppose to happen. They wanted more money than the original quote. excuses, excuses and dismal customer support.

I just got my new granite countertops installed by The Countertoppers. I highly recommend them! I worked with Alicia to pick out the granite. She was awesome in helping me and so friendly. The installers did a great job and spent the time to go over how to take care of the granite. Excellent customer service from start to finish!

I had a very good experience with The Countertoppers. Alicia was very helpful and professional. At times if feels like employees of the big businesses could care less about customers or the community so it was refreshing to experience a local business where customers and the community are a priority. I am so happy that I used The Countertoppers for my home and I also had countertops put into my local business. I would recommend The Countertoppers to everyone. Now with that said I wanted my tops from my business the next week. They weren't able to do this but I was able to work with them and get a date set up. After that I had to get my sink plumbed and also my cooktop hooked up. I am now ready to have open houses and cooking shows. Thanks Choose to Change Saladmaster

I wish I would have read these reviews first! Office Lady was rude, and would not schedule a crew to come out and fix the seam in our counter top that had been worked on multiple times since being installed. I wish I could post a picture of the seam that I have to look at every day. Would definitely go with a more reliable company.

Have to say I'm a little suprised by the negative reviews. I was given a refferal to CounterToppers by several previous customers. But I guess you can't please every one from the sounds of some of these reviews. Our experience has been great! We have been working with Stan sense October late October early November to come up with a wonderful update to our kitchen & bathrooms.

He has been NOTHING but AMAZING! CounterToppers has been doing this a long time and it shows. Very professional. Will give you a tour of their entire workshop and how they make these gorgeous counters. His business is very, very busy and I can see why. His entire staff has been nothing but friendly, and helpful through this whole process. I'd say the most professional counter place I decided to have do a bid. Our counters were delivered and installed for the bathrooms last week. They are perfect. No problems. I would recommend these guys and Stan to anyone! :-

I simply had a great experience with Countertoppers. They met my every request and the cutting/installation of the granite was spectacular. They set a realistic timeline and communicated well. I couldn't be more pleased.

We had used them through Cabinet Works. Worst decision we ever made when we built our new home. The seems are showing the island isn't even square. We called and asked for them to fix it, they stated there isn't a warranty after the counter top is polished. That has to be the dumbest excuse I have ever heard. We will be following this up with the rep for the LG counter tops we picked.
