Their driver cut me off on the FL Turnpike Southbound with the company car going at 90+ miles an hour. I almost lost control. It was a white male and there was a passenger. If that is the reflection of the company, then y'all (potential customers) should take your business elsewhere. Very unprofessional. Florida Highway Patrol should be called next time because it will happen again.

At first impression we were happy. Bill Brown came to our home and Saul the construction that we were doing on the home and was here for over an hour looking at blueprints with us to our project. We felt confident that all was going to be done correctly. We received a quote And after signing it and sending 50% deposit to DJ tresses they came back to us a few weeks later with a whole different contracts raising the price of the original contract, by $2k, which we had already signed.
We went to their office to discuss this and we were told that they had made a mistake with the design of the trusses and that it was going to be more. They didn't meant to their mistake and so at that moment we decided to back out since they broke their side of the contract. We were told that we were going to get a full refund and left the office thinking that all was going to be resolved.
We were told that we were going to receive a check the following week and waited almost 2 weeks when we finally got a call back that the check was ready but that it was not the full amount. We went back to the office (which I want to mention is more then he away) and once again were lead to think all would be resolved but nope. Advice is to be careful with this company they are trickers. We will be taking this to court.

Our builder purchased trusses through this company, when the trusses arrived we said there was no way they would be used on our new home. Wood came warped and pulling away at the connectors. My husband & our contractor went and talked to DJ Trusses & they left with the impression it was going to be made right (haha) Trusses arrived back at our site again half way redone and our builder has taken on the task of rebuilding them to our satisfaction.

I wish I could give a great review for DJ Trusses in Lakeland because the men look very attentive, but professionally they are unprepared to deliver their promises at least to homeowners. We are waiting for our trusses SINCE December 2016. They don't care, every time we call they will give us a new excuse. No one wants the responsibility. They didn't respected our time frame with Lakeland City, our Permit already expired and we couldn't do the front of the house because of the trusses.
We spoke with MR Bill and than with the Manager Mrs Dennis, and he told us they will deliver the trusses " immediately " but we are still waiting. They don't communicate anything what's is going on. Today I called to know what is happened and Mr Dennis' new excuse." the computers got hacked " Maybe they don't want to work with homeowners, but they should be fair and tell us and return our money back.
I don't know if they will see this and answer us, but I am writing this review to those homeowners that need trusses to avoid DJ Trusses. Awful customer services! Awful experience so far! it's is bringing us to much headache with the schedule of our project.
