We bought all the materials for our new patio from Woburn Concrete. We were short on some blocks and unfortunately they didn't have them neither the manufacturer. Mallory went above and beyond to secure the pieces and called other places to get them for us. We ended up using different color blocks. Best customer service. Thank you!

I just got off the phone with Woburn Concrete. I was looking for a stone that's been out of stock most places. They went to check, and came back on the phone to share that they had 1 left, but it wasn't in perfect shape, and they weren't comfortable with me buying it without seeing it first. Honesty. First of all, the guy was professional, responsive and thorough.
In this market where stones sell out before they even get unloaded, he could have just told me nothing about the quality, knowing I have no alternatives. Instead, he was straight with me, told me how long they've been on backorder, etc. THAT's how you do business. I'll wait for them to get more in stock, and will gladly buy from them when they do.
One of their competitors could not have been more opposite to this, and lost me as a customer after more than a decade because of how rude to me and annoyed they were that I was even looking for the stone and bothering them. Thank you, Woburn Concrete!

Critical: Quality Drivers are great. But the office lacks professionalism. Sent concrete trucks for a job that all the concrete was next to each other and it dried completely different colors not shades colors. When shown the issue refused to answer phone calls and come up with a solution to fix their mistake

Asked for a TOTAL price for my concrete project (just to have the concrete delivered to my house). They didn't tell me that they had a $180 delivery fee or that they charge extra if the guy was there for a certain period of time. He ended up being there longer because it took him forever to back his truck in (he didn't drive well) and he didn't have a long enough chute (not my fault). Anyway, it cost me DOUBLE what they quoted me. Won't be using them again.
