Horrible. Was a Home Depot customer. Initially was a positive experience, took me around the granite yard and got to pick out my slab. Nice folks working in the office. Installed and the FIRST NIGHT after using it, stains appeared on the surface. I took pictures and sent it to them. They sent over a technician to apply something to granite to remove the stains.

I was blamed for not sealing it properly which is a yearly process- it was brand new! I told him that, clearly didn't have the whole story. Fine. But at least he agreed there was a problem. The treatment didn't really help. I reached back out to Gerrity and was given the run around, the buck was passed etc etc. No one returned my calls. Going to go to small claims court, this is insane. Almost $3k for a stained piece of granite which was otherwise beautiful. To the other folks, I suggest you do the same.

We worked with Gerrity Stone for templating and installation of our vanity and bathroom sink. The quality of work was outstanding. Our interactions with Niccole in the showroom were terrific as she worked with us to get the exact thing that we wanted at a reasonable price. Gerrity then templated it and installed it quickly and with little disruption. Overall, a great experience and will work with them again!

Every member of Gerrity Stone that we dealt with was extraordinarily customer friendly. Mike Germano went above and beyond what any other representative would do to help us choose our quartz counters: he met us at the showroom, helped us pick out a counter, had a fabulous and trained eye as to what would work for us, and was phenomenally knowledgeable about the products available.

When we had to change our choice, he contacted us directly and met us after usual hours to spirit us through the process. Sara was superbly accommodating and exceptionally customer oriented. Overall, our experience at Gerrity Stone was well above the highest rating I could imagine. I would recommend them to anyone choosing stonework. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate them a 15!

Impeccable experience with Gerrity Stone. Leslie was my main point of contact, Bruna came out to do measurements, and Melvin and his team came to do installation. I had a number of tricky aspects along the way, including an island that every contractor told me could not have its countertop replaced. The Gerrity team had no problem quickly replacing it and problem-solving ways to make the space exactly as I envisioned.

They were also extremely professional. With all the vendors I have been working with throughout this remodel, they were the only ones who consistently arrived exactly when they were scheduled, kept in close communication with updates, and were always available to talk things through. Everyone was extremely polite and friendly. Couldn't have had a better experience! Thank you, Gerrity!

We recently used Gerrity Stone for our kitchen remodel. Tonia was super helpful in helping us choose the right quartz for our budget. Geovanni came out to take the template measurement. He was extremely detailed, and answered all of the questions I had. The scheduling process was great and our countertop was installed really quickly after the template measurement.

The guys that did the install were fantastic. Because we have one pretty long section, there was two seams, and we can hardly notice them. We couldn't be happier with our new countertop, and have no problem recommending Gerrity Stone.

Although my kitchen project is still not done I have nothing but good things to say about my experience. Everyone has been great from communication to installation. Every phone call has been returned in a timely manner and everyone I've spoken with has been wonderful. Thank you Leslie for everything! The installers have been very professional and knowledgeable. I'm an architect and specify some for most of my projects. This was my first time working with GerrityStone and it was an exceptional experience. I will most likely be using their services for my current project and will almost certainly send my clients there for future projects.

I recently had my Formica kitchen countertop upgraded to a beautiful Quartz countertop. Unfortunately, during delivery there was an accident which damaged a small area of my hardwood floor. The installers felt so bad and couldn't apologize enough, but as I said, it was purely an accident. They called Gerrity immediately to let them know what had happened and insured me any damages would be covered.

I knew the floor could be repaired, so I really wasn't concerned. I then received a call from the General Manager, Mark Capuano regarding the repairs. Mark too was very apologetic and promised to make sure all repairs were done to my satisfaction. Within days I was able to hire a good floor installer who was able to repair my floor within an hour or so, and as promised, Gerrity quickly reimbursed me for all expenses incurred for the repairs.

I can't say enough about how everyone at Gerrity has been so professional, helpful and considerate of their customers. I would most definitely work with them on any future projects.

This is my new granite counter. I bought it from Home Depot and it was installed by Gerrity. The seam looked terrible so I asked them to make it looks less noticeable. These are the pictures after they "fixed" it. I sent these pictures to them and asked if they would be happy if this was in their home. According to Gerrity Stone, " it's our professional opinion this seam looks to be a 1st quality seam.

In my opinion as as customer this seam is horrible. If you are looking for a company that does a good job and treats their customers with respect and believes that the customer's opinion has some merit I suggest you do not go with Gerrity Stone.

We were so happy with the service and installation of our quartz countertop from Gerrity Stone. Gerrity offers a range of affordable products to very expensive counter top stone or marble. We felt very satisfied with our selection. Gerrity helped us through the entire process. The scheduling was fast and extremely reliable. Gerrity made several special accommodations with us as we worked out some small details in our plan, they were patient, knowledgable and super helpful start to finish. Big thanks to Mike G. and SaraMaria, and all the installers, awesome team work from Gerrity.

Had them install our quartz countertop through our Home Depot purchase of the material. They immediately started to rip out the old countertop with no consideration whatsoever of trying to avoid any damage that might result in their rush to get the job done. They cracked the backsplash in 3 places, put a dent in the windowsill, ripped the wallpaper behind the refrigerator, and split the inside on one of our drawers.

When I complained to Gerrity's office, they said that "it's to be expected" and assumed no responsibility. I knew I wasn't going to get anywhere with them, so I marched myself down to the Home Depot with pictures of the damage and let them deal with it. After several weeks of back-and-forth phone calls, Gerrity agreed to compensate us a very small portion of what we owed on the balance. Steer clear of them and their eager beaver "workers".

Gerrity Stone did a great job on my 93-year-old father's countertop. Tonia really took great care of us in the showroom and made sure my father understood and was happy with his choices. Everyone, from the man who came to make the template, to the demolition crew, to the installers was so helpful and experienced. Melissa did a great job with the scheduling and keeping me informed about crew arrivals. I would recommend Gerrity Stone to anyone and plan to use them on any future projects.

Overall not a great experience. Price was higher than expected, but there was back and forth negotiation akin to buying a used car. Once we were committed, unexpected fees started popping up, like needing an extra installer due to the large size, and a special order charge, despite going to their preferred stone vendor 10 minutes down the street. At install there were a few issues including modifying the stones in the street because they didn't fit, which resulted in large gaps.

They also set my faucet and soap dispenser too far back, which leaves tons of soap and water on my countertop. I expressed these concerns and was told to expect a follow up, but that never came.

I had a great experience with Gerrity Stone's installation of my quartz kitchen countertops purchased from Home Depot. All correspondence were friendly, prompt, and comprehensive, and the representatives were happy to answer all of my questions. The measurement/design process, as well as the removal of my own countertop and installation of my new counter and sink were seamless and they did a beautiful job.

We got countertop installed from them through Home Depot and they left with cabinet damage. I have one day before and after pic to show/prove the damage. They sent site manager to "inspect" the damage who was "onsite" but outside ion the car in the driveway! and goes back and says there was no damage when he was onsite! Well! First correct your employees - teach them not to slack and then take some responsibility of your business.

The countertop seam was chipped too! I WOULD SUGGEST TO ANYONE LOOKING TO RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - BECAUSE THEY SURELY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER BASE - SPEND YOUR $$$$ WITH SOME REPUTED COMPANY. Their reviews are horrible from home depot customers! Good thing took the pictures day before to rest my case! See for yourself! They still didn't take any responsibility!

The site manager only came inside to put the island and was sitting in the driveway the whole time and he was the one who came back to assess the damage and admitted that it could have happened during removal. FYI if they are forgetting, Gerrity Stone did the countertop removal as well not just the installation and for the long slab over that side the fabricator hammered and broke the Corian countertop for demo!

Also that crack is exactly where the seam is done. The crack in the pic the day shows after pictures and clearly indicates the damage. I have a dated before picture as a proof because thankfully i took pictures the day before the installation! I am taking this up with Home depot because I am told by Sharon from Home Depot that they are not ready to take any responsibility of this matter.

Good thing it is backed up by Home Depot! This is a genuine review. Do not do business with this company as you can see the response! it says it all : A couple of points on poor customer experience is to say - When we went onsite Rich was half heartedly showing us the countertop and not very interested. Their lack of interest and responsibility is alarming.

I am not surprised the company spoke with Home depot directly without involving the customer and decided to establish things THEIR way! Countertop installation is a big investment, I would highly suggest to stay away from them!

My new condo needed kitchen and bathroom counter upgrades from basic contractor-grade granite to modern day quartz and Tonia's knowledge and designer insight was over the top. She was responsive and knowledgeable and totally 'got my vision.' If you need help finding just the right stone, call her!

Gerrity Stone was perfect from start to finish! They replaced our kitchen counters. They kept us informed through the whole process. The installers / installation went flawlessly. Gerrity stone rescued my home renovation project, by quickly reviewing the project, getting me an appointment to find stone slabs from a warehouse with a wide selection of the type of stone I wanted, and getting the whole thing delivered and installed in a few weeks. The counters look awesome. They certainly earned my business!

They did a Fantastic job! We visited their facility to select granite for a kitchen counter top and island. They had a vast selection of samples and full slabs as well as under mount sinks. Their staff could not have been more helpful and pleasant to deal with. The cost of the materials and work was very reasonable so we hired them. The fellow who measured the cabinet and center island layout did a perfect job as well as the install team.

This was a particularly difficult layout as the walls were not plumb due to a settling of the foundation and the age of the home. Every aspect of the process was done on time. We could not have been happier.

I went through Home Depot to get my Granite counter top. They sent Gerrity Stone to do the work. I waited weeks after I paid to have the work done, as they forgot to tell me the granite wasn't in. They finally came to do the work and broke pipes under my sink. They refused to own up to what they did. I had to find a Plumber, and paid $575.00 to have the pipes fixed. Never again would I use these people, or recommend them.

I bought a $6k+ granite countertop that cracked. I called multiple times and no one bothers replying. You can also tell that they are bad by the fact that they don't bother to respond to or work with any negative Yelp reviewers.

The best and easiest part of our kitchen renovation was Gerrity Stone. They responded incredibly quick. They measured quickly and thoroughly, the tablet guy explained a ton of stuff, made me feel confident with the quartz we picked out and made some smart recommendations. Communicated well in advance and on the day of delivery. They delivered in a blizzard, didn't leave a spot of dirt/mud/snow behind. Can't recommend them enough.

I have had 2 installs at 2 different properties. The first install in Boston was templated incorrectly 3 times and had to be corrected on site causing lots of dust and extra time to install. The counter cracked twice due to an improper install verified by the manufacturer of the counter top when they visited my home to investigste the cracks. The 3rd time the counter top developed 4 hair line cracks within a year.

I gave them another chance for an install in Westport, MAnbecause they attempted to fix the Boston install and I assumed it was a fluke. The counter in Westport cracked on day 2. They replaced it but then installed it with gaps. The manager claims the install is correct and offered a backsplash for free to cover the cockeyed install. I asked for. Discount given all the time I took to addrss these issues and they refused. I told them I would pkst a review on yelp and their email respinse eas, "duly noted." I will not use them again. Buyer beware.

They were the sole vendor working with my Home Depot for stone countertops, for a new kitchen installation. I didn't choose the company. Anyway, they didn't secure the sink. They left clamps unsecured just through laziness or unprofessionalism. The sink began to fail, but I had no idea why. They said I needed to have a plumber come out and detach the plumbing before they could even touch it.

They also told me that their warranty is voided by the placement of a garbage disposal under the sink, after their install! While I was trying to understand this, and make phone calls, the sink fell in the well. I managed to bail it out without leakage to my lower neighbor. Then I had to hire a plumber twice, once before they came out to reinstall, and once after, for total cost of $960.

Their ins co will reimburse me for the fees. But I had 3 weeks of hell with no compensation for my pain. This is not a company that thinks it needs to do the right thing. Neither HD or Gerrity want to say what the warranty voiding means. But you have to understand: Almost everyone gets a garbage disposal. They are selling a service and product where they know most customers will void the warranty. Ask them to see their warranty and ask questions about it if you are going anywhere near this company, or Home Depot for that matter. You have been warned.

Great customer service, beautiful workmanship. I was referred to Gerrity Stone by a work colleague and am very happy with the results. We wanted to replace a formica countertop with granite and weren't working with a kitchen designer or contractor. Gerrity sent a guy to measure what we had and he had some very good suggestions on a few minor design changes. We saved about 1/3 by using a stone style that was on sale. They removed the old counter and installed the new one. Looks awesome! Strongly recommended.

I am really happy with my countertops from Gerrity Stone. Steve was great to deal with. Marisa was very helpful in helping me make choices and helping me see the slab before they cut it. The man who did the template was excellent. Melvin and Anthony, the men who installed the counters, did a super job. I did wish GS could have given me a time earlier.

I did not find out until the afternoon before when the men would arrive, and that meant serious rescheduling for me. But as I say, I am very happy with the countertops and the service and the overall experience.

I had a really good experience with Gerrity. I've had both my marble kitchen and granite countertops from Gerrity for over a year. Everyone at Gerrity was courteous, prompt and informed about their products. I worked with Victor and he helped to pick out the perfect cuts. Easy transaction and quality work.

Gerrity is the best. We've used them three times: countertops in the kitchen, replacement hearth and facings for a fireplace, and a bathroom vanity top. Their selection of granite is amazing, and their input on what might work for your project is fabulous. They gave us samples to bring home and compare, which was very helpful. The workmanship is really terrific.

Everything installed perfectly, and they are very cheerful about custom and even quirky requests. To top it all off, they're just great folks with a really great customer service attitude. Extremely highly recommended!
