I had a walk-in tub installed 10-31-18. First off the price of this tub was tagged at 16k which was easily 4k more than most companies would of charged. Now I went with them because they presented well and at the time made me feel confident I would get a great experience. This ended up being very far from the truth. To this date I have had them come out twice to fix install issues that should of never existed in the first place.
There is a 14 inch long and 2 inch wide gap between the wall and my tub. There is another 2 inch by 1 inch gap on the other side. Besides that the original nozzle was left installed and the caulking was smashed in a hideous fashion. The electrical wiring was so far off of code it's appalling. There are wires free hanging from the bathroom all the way out to my garage where the main junction box is located.
The project manager also was unable to even show me a proper permit. Now after all these issues I was told plainly that it's not there problem. Oh and to put the icing on the cake they put a hole in my bathroom wall which they also couldn't fix. If I didn't know who did all this work I would of assumed it was a bunch of teenagers on summer vacation that I paid a couple hundred bucks.
There is only one word to describe this company's customer service and loyalty to there customers. SHIT! Save yourself the extreme headache and cost and don't even waste the energy it would take to dial there number.
