Having know-nothings answer the phone that have no comprehension whatsoever of the products the company carries, have to play an annoying time-consuming game of "gossip" with the guys that actually do know what the company carries and then repeatedly call you back with things that aren't even remotely close to what you specifically told them to write down is not worth the hassle.
For the price they charge, which I'd gladly pay to just get the dang thing done, it's not worth the frustration of calling and having to deal with irritating snarky receptionists to drive two hours for the wrong stuff. Ridiculous.
