Oasis Homes

As I'm a first time home buyer I have been searching for a year for a home just right for me. Me and my mother drove two hours to visit Oasis Homes and was very impressed with the homes, service and the staff. They all very helpful and polite. I will be returning in a few months to purchase my home. I can say this every where you go no ones experience is the same, I see a lot of people saying go here and go there.

But in all honesty my experience may not have been as good as theirs and theirs not as good as mine, at the same places. So with that being said just try them all. But Oasis Homes is were I will be purchasing. Thank you Oasis Homes.

Terrible customer service, I called and simply asked for the prices of a few of the Homes and I was told that they don't have time to tell me the prices of about 7 homes. I asked to speak with someone who did have the time and the guy tried change it up and continue giving me the price, but I politely ended it there and ex'd them out if the picture as as possible company to shop with. Smh

I wouldn't recommend oasis homes to nobody. It doesn't deserve 1 star. It started with the manufacturer Deer Valley. They rushed when they built this home. The vinyl siding was the wrong color. I have over 10 items on my punch list to be fixed which was turned in 6 weeks ago. The retailer Oasis homes will promise you the world and won't do what they said they will do.

They hire the cheapest contractors money can buy and expect good results. I informed Ray that my Ac unit was not blowing air out the vents on one side of the house since May. It still is not fixed. Now I'm dealing with a high light bill.where is the home efficiency? This past winter I had to go to a hotel because the hot water heater had to be replaced. Just a terrible experience dealing with Deer Valley and OASIS HOMES!

DO NOT TRUST THESES PEOPLE! Never worked with a business so unprofessional. They will tell you one thing one week and the next week say something different.

We went to Clayton homes next door and was not warmly welcomed at all. Went to Oasis and was greeted with smiles was told what homes are available and when we came back to the office after looking we were sat down, told the prices of the home and the specialist broke down our income to debt ratio and let us know if the homes that we were interested in was in our budget. Let us know every step that would be taken and the choices we have as far as the cosmetics of the home. Can't wait to see what's next with this company

On August 18, 2020 we stopped in and looked at a beautiful house. We got on the lot about 445 due to me just getting off work. We a life saving of 100k to put down on a home. As my wife and I stepped into the den of the home to go over what we seen in this house.(and it was a definite contender between this one and a home at Rainbow homes) the salesman came in with what I thought was to discuss our options. WRONG!

He says "hi folks, I just came over to lock up the home. You guys can come back tomorrow were closing." I honestly expected a more sales minded person. Must be nice not to need business. Every other place I have been has said, "don't worry about the time. We're here to help you." Guess what. Rainbow just sold another home because they were more interested in customer service than rushing out the door.

I can Honest to God say, they definitely lost the sake of a 200k home. Don't know who the sales man was, but he had a limp and drove a silver suv. I know what he drove because he literally drove the 50 feet to the house to run us out. Worst service I have ever seen.

Zac has been awesome from the beginning to the end. He has worked hard to make sure our home is what we want. He is easy to work with and always willing to answer every question I have (and I have a lot). He has never complained about my MANY changes. I highly recommend seeing zac for your home needs. I will recommend him and oasis for anyone looking for a home.

Let me first start off by saying that the customer service here is non comparable to any dealership in Augusta! ZAC is awesome! He showed us around and explained everything we needed to know about every home! The homes here are beautiful and extremely well built! We will be returning to purchase our home from Oasis and it's all thanks to ZAC being super informative and friendly. Office staff was also amazing it felt like home.

We purchased our home from Oasis Homes. We absolutely love our home and have only positive reviews for Oasis Homes, Ray Sollie, and his staff. The services that we received were above and beyond our expectations. Mr. Sollie was very professional and helped us ever step of the way in getting our loan closed and our home delivered/setup within the time that we had discussed.

We went to MANY dealers within a 100 mile radius and found the best deal and best customer service at Oasis. We were treated with kindness and respect. We have no complaints only rave reviews for Oasis Homes and we would recommend them to anyone.

I read every review, but my husband said, you should still check them out. I drove over 2 hours away. I was very delighted to meet them, very nice, very helpful, they took plenty of time explaining, and answering my questions. they spent a lot of time with me, showing several homes. If you are truly interested in buying a home from them, or this type of housing, they are very glad to assist.

I've been here 3 times and each time to keep giving this place a chance, I was treated awful, I know open house is on Saturday, so I went to look, but when I was talking about prices and possibly purchasing a home, I got a look possible from either race or my age, I'm a first time home buyer, so I was asking about there process, basically it was if I wasn't planning on purchasing today, get out.

I much recommend if you want to be treated as a decent human being go to Clayton, Charles Newsome was not pushy, he was kind and very eager to help anyway possible, also go to Aiken Housing, very helpful and willing to work with you. Oasis is all about money nothing about customer service.
