This company is a nightmare. I hired them to do my fireplace wall. First of all it took about two months to bring the porcelain slab. The slab was cut at my house and the surrounding of the fireplace was not cut straight. And after polishing it's still not straight. Prior to installation Issac promised that Schlueter will be installed. After receiving the Schlueter I tried to reach out first to Janice who which is a complete nut case and denied the entire Schlueter installation.

After which I spoke with Issac and only after his guy told him how intense it was to install it they came back to me with a hefty fee to do the installation of the Schlueter. This was all sprung up on me after the slab was already on my wall. Bottom line it's still not done he sent out guys to come and polish around the fireplace without the proper tools and it still looks like a nightmare. Beware the only great thing about this company is the price and That shows in their horrible work. NEVER will I ever work with them again. And I will continue to proceed through court.

Where do I began? Noe and Marco have to be the best granite installers and repair guys I have ever seen. They were absolutely wonderful. Star Marble and Granite is awesome. Janet you rock ladybug! Star Marble and Granite: Honest - Dependable - Family Owned MY MISSION: Early May, 2020 I found myself in a challenging situation. I own a rental house. We had one month between Tenants - the month of June. This house needed major plumbing and drywall repair, along with complete renovation of the original 52 year old kitchen and 3 bathrooms. Was this even a possibility during the "Covid Pandemic" where securing materials and shipping delays could be an issue?

While doing my research I remembered Star Marble and Granite from a beautiful Quartz countertop and tile backsplash they installed in our own home several years ago. At that time, I recalled one of their phrases as being a "One Stop Shop". I called Janet (Founder of Star Marble). She knows every aspect of their business, is warm and so easy to talk with.

She sent Isaac (Owner and Manager) over to get a good look at the situation. We emailed back and forth and quickly settled on pricing and time frame. The project was affordable and there were many unknowns as floors and ceilings would need to be opened up to diagnose our water issues. I could hardly believe it. We were going to do this whole project and have our new Tenants arrive on June 30th!

My husband and I were in the unique situation that our Rental House is next door to our own home. We had a front row seat to seeing this company in action, from demolition to the end result. The project moved like clockwork, with highly skilled individuals working around each other. In the evening, my husband and I would sneak over to see what was accomplished so we were able to see their careful attention to detail and high quality work. Isaac kept us informed throughout each step, helping us to choose the right course of action when hidden problems were uncovered along the way.

I was amazed by his constant availability and patience. Not only did Isaac and Janet make this happen in our time frame, but they did it with nearly double the original workload. BRAVO, Star Marble and their Team! We will forever be grateful to you for taking us on at this challenging time. You really did make this happen! You carried the stress and we thoroughly enjoyed the process.

They do good renderings. Came out gave me a quote and specs out to how i wanted but then never contacted me about actually starting. I explained to him that communication was vital to me. I have moved on and getting another company. It came off as if they didn't really want to do the job. I really wanted to work with this company.

I've had two excellent experiences with Star Marble & Granite. The first time Francisco changed my double bowl undermount sink to one large bowl sink. The second time Felix came out to my rental property to fix a broken peninsula piece of my counter. He reattached the current rebar and put in another rebar. The repair is barely noticeable. Both times their work was excellent, fast, and I thought reasonably priced.

During the single bowl change, a chunk of the countertop broke off, normal they say and reassured me it was going to be fixed. Francisco fixed it so well my wife still can't find the repair even after showing her, and absolutely loves having one large sink for doing dishes.

Needed a piece of granite countertop to go with existing countertop and needed it fast in order to complete kitchen renovation. Stopped in this place on a Saturday and by Friday the piece had been installed. They went above and beyond to help me out and did a great job.

I got lots of very good customer service both in US and around the world. This one is quite a such unique experience. I will count Star Marble among one of the very best I ever experienced. Friendly and professional service, Star Marble made it their duty to reassure themselves that I am satisfied. Their due diligence is overwhelming. I will recommend this company to anyone with pride.

Top notch granite company that has been around forever and there is an obvious reason for that. They put granite counter tops in our kitchen, basement kitchenette and my parent's home as well. We could not be happier. They will now put new cabinets and countertops in our rental home!
