Exceed every expectation! If I could give 10 stars I would -- they all deserved it. At each step of this process, every single person involved was attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and provided exceptional service. I had previously attempted to get counters with another company in Alexandria and was not having a great experience - slow to provide an estimate and when the estimate finally came in it was incomplete with quartz I requested.

The sticker price was also a shocker. And they weren't open on weekends which was a challenge so I went for a second opinion and SO glad I did. Less than two weeks ago, I discovered Landmark Surfaces on a Sunday afternoon, made an appointment online and went in that day. Sam was on site and was incredibly patient and helpful with my indecision. Helped me choose and offered advice. Gave me an estimate on the spot within 20 minutes.

I showed him some rough drawings and he gave me a quote that was significantly less markup than the competitor I visited. I paid my deposit that day! All within an hour. Two days later, Robiya sent me an appointment for measurements. Nick and Ayoub showed up EARLY! Yes, early they called before arrival and took measurements quickly all while I still had some other contractors working and the next day I received the drawings for the design and cut.

Of course I made a few changes and Sam worked patiently with me until I finally signed off communicating consistently even after hours. Once I signed off Robiya scheduled my install for like 3 days later! Today was installation and I am beyond impressed with the outcome! I cannot recommend Landmark Surfaces highly enough. Honestly, I wish every contractor operated like them. I forgot to mention they have a really wide variety of the best quartz, marble and granite. If you're looking for countertops, look no further.

Can't say enough positive things about my experience Landmark Surfaces. My dealings were with the chantilly location but on one occasion I had to call another with a question and they were just as helpful. Their prices, selection, and quality can not be beat. Robiya was my primary contact/sales person and I highly doubt you'll find anyone better. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and service, professional, stayed on top of everything from start to finish and was very pleasant to deal with. All the employees I came in contact with (measuring, installing) were top notch professionals!

So disappointing. I thought, based on reviews, this would be a good company with whom to work. I first tried the connection through their website, but after days of no response, I called directly. The salesperson was responsive, but then contacted me a week later based on my online request -- without realizing we had already discussed my requested service.

Because they don't connect the new sink, they said I had to schedule a plumber afterwards to hook it up. So I set it up for them to install one day, the plumber the next. Landmark, after I took the day off work, failed to show up during the 11-2 timeframe and did not contact me. When I called an hour after they were due, I was told not to worry, and that although they "could not reach" their technicians, they assured me they would arrive to do the install.

At the end of their day, they called to say there was confusion on where my sink was, and it needed to be picked up in Chantilly - and now it was too late. I told them this was not my fault or responsibility and if someone picked up the sink that afternoon it would be nearby so they could still do the install early enough the next day before my plumber arrived.

The Landmark contact told me that would "not be convenient" for the tech. I reminded him that taking a day off work, having them fail to show, and now cause me to reschedule the plumber were all very inconvenient for me as a customer. They showed up after 930 the next day and after the techs came into the home, they went back outside without explanation.

One sat on the truck and got on the phone while the other stood around. They came back in after awhile and did the job. Fortunately the plumber (with Plumbing Police) was super understanding and flexible about hooking up the sink for me as their company had strong customer service standards. It's amazing how little Landmark was concerned about the value of my time or the level of their customer service, and didn't even offer a small discount for my inconvenience, stress, and extra time off my job.

Robiya offered me great customer service. She was very professional and pleasant too. It was nice to have a smiling face greet me when I came into the store for my selections. I appreciated Robiya being patient with me while I chose the bathroom vanity tops. Overall working with United Granite from selection to installment was a great experience.

Great experience from beginning to end. Janna was a pleasure to work with and was very helpful in helping us pick it out our quartz counters. The installers were fast, polite, and very careful in navigating the countertops to the second floor of our home. Very pleased and would recommend.

The team at Landmark Services (United Granite) was fantastic to work with. We visited a few times to find the countertop stone for our kitchen and while we thought we knew what we wanted, Janna showed us something new we had never heard of that we immediately knew was perfect for our kitchen counters. We have future renovation plans in our new home and we will definitely be going to them for any stone we need. They had a great selection, the service and follow-up was quick and courteous and the turnaround time for and process for installation was flawless.

My family needed to remodel the kitchen. Very happy to tour the this showroom and warehouse. There are so many options to review from granite to quartz in their facility. We have chosen quartz for our kitchen. Such a great addition to the kitchen to make it elite. Sales rep was very clear, it took about ten minutes to make our color selections. The technical team was timely to report home for measurement and give us enough information to understand the process. Designers circled back with the draft layout within hours to make sure that we choose the layouts.

They used real material picture on digital layouts for us to understand final look. The installation team was very smooth and neat. They installed the island and counters in about 45 min. Left the project spotless. Project price is very reasonable. Most importantly, they gave us multiple options to fit our budget. Recommend with no reservations for project knowledge, timely management, options, and very professional sales and technical team.

EXCEPTIONAL.This experience of using United Granite was nothing short of exceptional: they helped me choose the perfect counter for TWO bathroom projects, they measured AND installed within a week. All workers that came to my house were prompt, professional and precise. For that very reason, I only went to them when shopping for my next project, and will go back again when I remodel my kitchen. I highly suggest their services, their vast selection of options and exceptional customer service are worth the trip!
