Reached out for bid on new construction. Customer service was not helpful & lacking. We proceeded to schedule a time & date with Athena, who was rude & condescending to my assistant. The appointment was cancelled & we have sought another company. The company has a good reputation, but the lack of customer service needs a lot of work. We all have bad days, but for one to call my assistant incompetent, is uncalled for.

We were recommended ESP Supply to install our residential shower door by friends of ours. In the end, the door was installed but the entire process and the customer service was really disappointing. They attempted to install the door 4 separate times. The first they drilled into the tile where there were no studs, so my husband had to cut in through the other room to add backing.

Then they scratched the door so we had to reschedule. Then they installed the scratched door and finally, fourth attempt it was in. They also called multiple times to collect payment before the door was even installed. It felt bad to have them asking for payment while I was waiting on our door and having to hound them for any kind of response. I also felt like I had to hound them for any and all responses. All in all I would not use them or recommend them.

With leading quality materials and hard workers to do the job I needed done, it was a breath of fresh air after dealing with constant rescheduling and bid changing from other contractors. ESP made my bathroom remodel so much simpler and will definitely be my go-to in the future.

I contacted ESP to get an extra towel rack for my brand new Lennar home in Forest Grove and they supplied me with the exact one I needed. I really enjoyed my experience working with Crystal. Thanks ESP team!

We recently completed a new custom home in deep Washington County during Covid, which presented challenges for supply chain and vendor availability. There are two vendors who really stood above all the rest and ESP Supply Inc. is definitely one of these. Their integrity is beyond reproach. They installed large custom shower enclosures for two master baths.

Each had a very small defect in the glass, in fact ESP are the ones who noticed it and brought it to the attention of our builder. They worked diligently to replace both. The entire staff is great! Responsive, highly responsible, and attentive to covid protocol onsite.

We had a wonderful experience with Wes at ESP Supply in Vancouver. He was very knowledgeable, and helpful. We will definitely keep them in mind when remodeling our home or when we need supplies in the future.

ESP is a great business to work with. They are prompt in getting you scheduled for appointments, excellent communication & follow up for installation. All personnel were courteous & helpful. My shower door looks pretty & perfect!

After visiting 4 different stores and I was told to come here. I didn't know what to expect, but Wes took his time to listen to what I needed and asked for some additional info. I got him the info, he got me the part -- for free: Wes, thanks for your generosity and taking the time to help me. I know where to go if I ever need to get a shower door or accessory.

This was a wonderful remodel experience! The doors they just installed are beautiful and I am anxiously awaiting the third. Ricky was incredibly helpful and attentive in working around my many doctor visits. She was very understanding. Her compassion for her customers is obvious.

Great company to work with! They have wonderful customer service and are on top of their scheduling. The installers were prompt and professional and Ricki was very communicative throughout the process. Oh- and the shower door looks great!

ESP Supply is competitively priced, responsive, and does a high quality job. I witnessed one of their installers issue a replacement of all shower glass in one bathroom after discovering a few minor issues that most homeowners wouldn't even notice. Their commitment to doing a fantastic job definitely didn't go unnoticed. I would highly recommend using ESP Supply and will be using them again on the next build for sure.

The good. I was pleased with shower door replacement. The installers were very professional and polite. They took their time and took many measurements. They did an excellent job of installing the new door and cleaned up after themselves. The bad. It took 6 weeks from the time I asked for my shower door to be replaced. It took 1.5 weeks before measurements were taken.

I think that is excessive. When I called to see how things were progressing, often I got a voice mail and my call was not returned. Fortunately I got in touch with Rickie and she helped to move things along. Customer service was definitely lacking, but the final repair was great.

I can't thank Curt and his team enough! Curt came out to my home a couple years after it was built to personally make sure that the original shower glass panes that had been scratched during construction were replaced with new panes and that I was fully satisfied with the work. That was over a year ago. Fast forward to today, on a long shot I contacted Curt to see if he could refer me to a retailer where I could purchase a basic plastic door sweep and shims.

And instead of referring me he invited me out to his office where he gave them to me free. Talk about awesome customer service! I highly recommend ESP to anyone looking to have bathroom or shower glass work done.

Just used ESP Supply to replace an old sliding shower door. They gave me a great price and did a perfect installation. They were prompt and did a thorough job cleaning up after themselves. Kudos to Mike B.!

I had ESP install a new walk in shower in my home. It was easier and quicker than I thought it would be, and moderately priced. Professional crew, also!

I've used ESP Supply on several occasions and I've only had good experiences with them. Joe Jascha is very responsive via email. I've never had to call him once. I'd definitely use their services again.

Everything was going well, then they vanished. Here's my experience with ESP Supply. I called and got an employee to come out and see the project. They showed up when they scheduled and took measurements. Everything seemed good and they were going to email me the next day with a quote. A week later, still no email. I called them 3 times to ask for my quote and the guy on my project, Joe, said he'd already sent it.

But my inbox was showing tumbleweeds. Since then I've gotten the email, but when I respond with questions or next steps - NOTHING. I think my last note was "Any chance I can get a reply on this today?" Of course, that was days ago. It's very disrespectful, honestly. I'm going with someone else, recommend skipping ESP Supply unless herding cats is something you feel intrinsically motivated to do!

What a terrible experience we had with this company. 60 days, 3 attempts, plus numerous holes drilled into my shower. We finally had to have another company come repair Esp's mistake. After Esp completed their job, they had a person call me the next day for payment. I tried to discuss my concerns with him, and communicate what the problem was, and his response was "i just want us to get paid". I had hopes in using ESP to replace all the shower doors in my rental's as well (9 shower doors) but after this experience no way.

4.5 stars. I am a tough reviewer and to get 5 stars, it has to be perfect. That said, I really had a good experience with ESP Supply. First, I emailed this company while I was still shopping. I got an email from an employee at ESP on a weekend, a quick response and a day they were not even open. A good start! Then the price I was quoted was equal or better than others and much more affordable than a couple of the bigger glass and mirror shops.

The time between order and instal was pretty quick, about a week, and some shops were double that time. The guys who did the install showed up on time and the shower door looks really sharp. They installers left some debris for me to clean, not a ton, shavings from drilling, and thus -.5. Overall, this is a company that worked to provide a good product at a good price and didn't neglect service. We would use ESP again without reservation.
