Owner does not check emails. If he did he would've seen that I needed to correct an online order. When I mentioned it to him on the phone. He denied receiving email from me, but then replied to my email immediately after phone call. I had accidentally ordered wrong color and I immediately emailed him to correct the order. He shipped the fan in the color I did not want.
His position was too bad you ordered the wrong thing. When I mentioned canceling the order he said I would have to pay for shipping and there would be a restocking fee. Even though I was about to order the correct fan. I would not do business with him again. Prices might be good but his customer service skills are garbage.

I ordered this item back in May 2015, its a refrigerator. When the item arrived it was not working. I followed standard protocol and contacted manufacturer, who had me ship the item to them. When they returned the item, screws were missing, and the item was still not working. Manufacturer had me ship the item back again, and once again upon arrival the unit was still not working.
They not want me to take this unit to a repair place that is located over 1 hour away from where I live. As a customer, I purchased an expensive item, it was defective from day 1, and after 2 rounds of repairs the item is still defective. I feel at this time, I should be able to return this defective item for a full refund. Please note that all I wanted was to buy a refrigerator, and this has turned into a 2 month saga filled with phone calls, emails, shipping and returns.
I should be able to just buy an item and have it worked correctly and be treated as a valued customer, and not have to run around, as if the defective unit is somehow my problem.
