We were doing a remodel/addition to our home and needed all new base molding: 280 linear feet. I spent one hour at HD looking at all the options and pricing and left frustrated. Hubby said to go to Builders Molding Supply before I came home because our uncle had recommended them for doors. I walked inside and instantly was welcomed, was asked all the pertinent questions about my project and shown some initial options.
I showed him a picture of the door casings and gave him an idea of the look we wanted. He suggested a 3.5 molding and gave me a price that made my eyes bug out in a good way! It was $2 less than the molding I was considering at HD! I asked if he had enough in stock (eighteen pieces of 16' lengths) and he assured he did. I paid for it and sent hubby to pick up within 30 minutes.
The whole process from when I walked in to when I walked out took maybe 15 minutes. All the guys were friendly and professional. I noticed they had doors, drawer pulls and other details for the home. I won't ever try HD or the competition first ever again!

This business is awesome. This is my first review. I felt I had to let everyone know how helpful the staff (especially Brandon) has been. Have been her twice now and he has explained and helped me with my trim and casing questions. I'm building a home and he has been so helpful with everything. I wish all businesses had employees like him. Give him a raise

I have no idea what the last review guy is talking about with the return issues. These guys will work with you unless its something way off the board. Friendly staff great selection people are always very helpful. I have been shopping here for years and will continue to do so. Guys always welcome people with a smile and go out of their way to help.

Please know they have a very strict and extremely short return policy and will not budge. Have spent thousands here and referred many friends and clients here, but that ends today. Store staff would not return items still in perfect and original wrapping. Wouldnt even let me take a store credit to buy other things i needed. So you can keep my money but i will take my future business elsewhere.
