Brian was very knowledgeable and nice to work with on my roof repairs. I've had a whole roof replacement in the past where they did an excellent job.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have called to schedule a time for a tech to come out and provide me an estimate 3 times and spoke to 2 different people. Each time I gave my phone number and was told I would receive a call back, but was never called. I even elected to have them text me back, but never received that. They do not put forth any effort to call me back, so it must mean that they do not want my business!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality Worst company ever I tried to get them to come out and do my roof on time and they kept giving me excuses on when they were going to do the Job. Finally I got tired of them being unprofessional so I back out and got a better company.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness I'm sure their quality of work is okay, called to get an estimate, was told i'd get a call back; never did. Ended up going with another company who was available to return phone calls.

Called for repairs several times, Jeremy never calls back. I'm shocked since in the past Gary replaced 3 roofs for me due to hail. Jeremy won't guarantee his work much less call a man back. At one time I would have recommended Basey's, when it was Gary Basey's, now buddy you're on your own.

I have used Basey's for two different homes. They replaced an entire roof on my old home, and performed some repairs on my current home. They were knowledgeable, fair, and thorough in both my experiences with them.

One year after our roof was installed, there was a heavy rain and our roof leaked. The leak went through our kitchen cabinets, our microwave, and our cooktop. Smoke was pouring out of our kitchen so we frantically called 911 and waited outside with our dogs in the pouring rain. The leak almost caused an electrical fire! If we had not been home that day, we would've likely lost our home and our pets.

The firemen concluded that Basey's had not sealed a vent and the heavy rain exposed their faulty installation. Basey's claims they are a great company because they have been around 40 years and because they offer a 5-year warranty but the owner is letting his son-in-law run his company to the ground. Basey's came out to do an "investigation" and their findings were that either wind or a squirrel damaged a vent but promised they would send a crew in a week to make the necessary repairs.

Something about them taking pictures of squirrel tracks on my roof did not sit right so we decided to get a 2nd opinion from a top competitor and they agreed with the firemen's conclusion that Basey's did not weatherproof a vent. Then, we got a 3rd opinion from a licensed home inspector who also found that, contrary to Basey's claim, wind damage had not compromised a vent.

We kept calling and emailing for over a month requesting that Basey's honor their warranty and repair the roof and replace the ruined appliances due to their negligence but their warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. When we last spoke to their representative, they told us that no one would believe firemen or one of their competitors and that we are lying about our appliances not working even though they have been red-tagged.

All we wanted was for them to repair our roof and replace the damaged appliances. Who would expect that an expensive, "hail resistant", "lifetime warranty" roof could not protect our family from rain? This company has no integrity. Steer clear and avoid the hassle and tears.
