The quality of this company and it's customer service was on display the day I called and said "36 years ago we bought all of our windows from M-W and we have a problem". The manufacturer of our windows doesn't exist anymore now but they gave me a contact for a company that works on and supports these windows. Excel Window and Door is fixing all of the problems we have with our windows for far less than buying one new window to replace them. I don't plan to ever build another home but if I did I would again do business with these fine companies and their employees.

This company would not take back two corbels that probably only $100.00 or less a piece. They refused a credit or return. We spent close to $6000.00 to $10,000.00 dollars for our new home. These corbels are used on a lot of homes. Spoke to so called manager of this business. Refused a credit or return. What a horrible way to do business. These where never installed. A company of that size I guess do not care about anyone but themselves and the all mighty dollar than pleasing a customer.

The office does good work. The dock workers will walk right past you won't say anything basically ignore you. I was trying to unload 5 pieces and 3 guys were standing at dock 2 just looking and talking about loading a truck and I'm in dock 1 with there product at the end of the trailer ready to come off then they walk separate ways. They need to learn customer service or learn there job descriptions.

Our contractor recommend this company and Mara was a pleasure to work with. We got all the bells and whistles for our kitchen and enjoy it. I have all the shelves on the lower section pull out so I am not having to dig through everything to find what I am needing. I basically got a custom kitchen without having to go the custom made route. I even got to have an area for my baking, a baking cabinet that has pocket doors on it instead of the usually appliance garage.

I also needed to have some additional display area and wanted this to be the top section of the cabinets in the kitchen since we went with an open space concept. This was not an issue for her either. Mara was also a great help on the color selection we ended up going with. I did not want white as we bake and cook a lot and white is so hard to keep clean.

I am happy when the guest that visit (guys and gals) state they really like the colors of our kitchen and then when I show them all the extras we purchased (corner cabinet with the pull out instead of a lazy susan, pots and pan pull out etc.) they really like the functionality of the cabinets/drawers. Thanks Mara for all of your help in making our "dream kitchen" a reality.

If you are considering this company for cabinetry, think again. Their installers are awful. And the product is not that great. After one year it is falling apart. Or coming apart at the seams, literally, from where it was not installed correctly. This company refuses to stand behind their product and will not send someone to rectify their wrong doings. The cabinet department worked tirelessly to assist in resolving design issues and provided fantastic kitchens for my project within a stringent budget and timeline.
