I struggled for the better part of a whole week looking for dump valves that were on back order, and this company went through extraordinary leaps and bounds to ensure I received the display models of the needed parts, and did so completely gratis. I tip my hat to this unsung bastion of reliability and quality RV products. Bravo!

Much like the previous reviewer, I can't believe they ("the flooring Division manager") doesn't want to sell some tile. I kind of wished I would have been helped by a "salesman". I had a great experience with them 6 years ago, my how things have changed. I stopped in to look at some tile, they came out and measured, and then I waited for a response. Nothing.
A week and a half later nothing. I emailed him and he asked that I come back in to pick out some more tile for the second bathroom. After stopping back in I picked out the tile and I was told I would have a quote that evening. 3 1/2 weeks later and still nothing. I sent yet another email and no response. I'm done. I have since found a company that is interested in taking my money now and in the future.

We stopped in their showroom to inquire about a specific sample. We had a good experience talking to Corey and he scheduled someone to come out and measure our kitchen. That part all went well. It's what happened next that I still can't believe happened. At the time I am writing this review, its now been over 3.5 weeks since the man came out to measure our kitchen in order to provide us with a quote.
We still have no received the quote. My wife emailed several times. No response. I called and actually spoke with Corey."I'll get you that estimate by the end of the day." That was 3 days ago and we still don't have it. I have tried calling them since and now it always goes to busy leading me to believe that they have black-listed my phone number so my calls won't go through. I am done! This company has the most deplorable customer service because they simply refuse to actually provide service to the customer!
