Their Window & Door shop sells interior, exterior, custom, single and double, windows & doors, hand railing, barn doors, trim, I mean this place has it all! I own a remodeling company & I can get everything from them in one stop, and cheaper than Lowe's, as a matter Of fact they sale wholesale to Lowe's, so your basically cutting out the middle man when you buy direct from this place! Do yourself a favor and visit the show room, it's amazing literally amazing!

If you ever wanted your dream door(s) for your home. I highly recommend Clay Ingles! They have extremely high standards when they deliver your door. So many options to choose from to fit your style of home. The price point beat everyone, including name brand stores. We are redoing the doors in my mother's house soon and we already have a few door styles in mind we seen while we visited the store front. Oh! And everyone was so friendly. They made it extremely easy for an indecisive person as myself.

Purchased 3 exterior clear vertical grain fir doors and 23 interior hollow core birch doors for a complete house remodel. only had problems. ordering issues, measurement issues, and craftsmanship problems. i tried to reason with the sales guy (eric) but he couldnt have cared less. i'm embarrassed for them. what a horrible business incompetent and lack care and sympathy. will never ever again do business with this company.

Second to none when it comes to building doors.with a custom door shop along with a paint booth, clay ingels door and window shop is the only place to get doors that are of the highest quality.not to mention all of your brick and stone needs.knowledgeable salesmen to go the extra mile to help the customer

Terrible customer service. Very rude and will not return calls and if you ask to speak with someone, they get hateful and transfer you without saying anything. Then you get to leave a message and no return call. Also wont return emails. Only time I have actually gotten to speak with someone, has been two different people and both times they were very put out and their attitude was telling me to go elsewhere. So, although we build homes and are currently doing a massive reno building and needing doors, I guess I will take their advice and go elsewhere.

The customer service here is terrible. I ordered a door over 2 months ago and still no one seems to know what's going on it with it. Get transferred all over the place. Told it was ready and went to pick it up and it wasn't. Have had to call back multiple times for status with no good answer on where it is.still no answer. Very dissatisfied with my experience here.

I've been coming here on and off for almost 10 years now, and it's the best in the Lexington area for any Masonry contractor. Especially when you mostly do residential work a d don't need quite commercial quantities all that often. I can drop in and have what I need inside 10 minutes most days. The guys on the yard are extremely knowledgeable on what you're needing usually. And the lady who runs it all really sweet, just don't break any rules!

Best place in Lexington for doors, windows, and brick. They now have a custom paint shop that can prefinish doors in the colors of your choice. Also can do custom doors, and more. Caters more to the contractor than the general public, but they also have a much higher quality product available here.

These guys are very professional! They have a wonderful showroom and the sales team is very knowledgeable about windows and designs. They help me picked out the best double window door for one of my rentals. Everyone that have stayed at the AirB&B have loved the door! Thanks for all the help, for delivering and suggesting the perfect door! You guys are the best!

Ranks in my top 3 of dealing with an unscrupulous company and their employees. Employee of clay Ingells informed me my door was under warranty, dealt with this employee solely the whole time. I even scheduled a person to install the door based on what an employee of clay Ingells told me. I sent this employee pictures and talked to him in text messages about replacing doors. Called and talked to other employees of clay Ingells with no satisfaction.

Every time would always refer me back to the same employee that had me waiting 6 months for a door replacement. Received a call from clay ingells telling me the employee I dealt with for 6 months is no longer there, and my doors are not under warranty. Due to my unpleasant experience with this company, I will not refer them to anyone. Will post pictures and text messages of conversations with employees of clay ingells for further reference for anyone, should they consider using their services. Don't use them unless they clearly define warranties with all employees.

I deliver here all time but problem with other trucks when we get here no matter what we are last to get unloaded. I have had to set here 2 hrs to get unloaded. I get paid by load not hourly but guys unloading are good guys
