After researching several fence companies, MillCreek Fence was recommended to us by a friend. We are so pleased that we decided to use them. We couldn't be happier. They did an amazing job for us. Our new vinyl fence is perfect for our little family. I really feel safer with my toddlers playing in the backyard without them running to the front of the house or to the neighbors' yards. The communication with the company could have been better, but the end result is exactly what we wanted.

It's obvious by reading my last review that things with this company did not get off to a good start. However after my review, and although it was never said, I arrived home one day to find Amos waiting for me to make things right. I'd like to think that my review had nothing to do with it but it was clear after the work was done, and a comment was made about Yelp, that it had everything to do with my review.

Either way, it all worked out in the end. He did the job and I'm happy with the results. While a tad alarmed to come home and find someone unannounced they did send the right gentleman to make things right. I was very upset with this company and for his cold call initially but did end up giving him the job. Why? Because he said all the right things, admitted fault with miscommunication within their company, and made it clear that he would do whatever to make things right.

Which included a discount (although I didn't have a prior estimate for comparison so I'm taking his word for it), bumping me up on the schedule, and spending the time with me to gain my trust. Amos is truly an asset to this company, very professional and knowledgeable, not only with the type of work his company does, but also happy to recommend other reputable contractors.

Now that the work is done I'm happy I trusted him and am glad he came and made things right. I've had strangers walk by and comment about how nice my railing looks and how identical it is to the original, which was wood and about 95 + years old. The profile, and every last little detail, including the round rosette type molding to the pillars were replicated in vinyl.

The color is perfect too. I wasn't home when he came, and actually was surprised by the install date but they left my highly decorated porch (which wasn't prepped in the least for the install) as I left it, clean and without damage. I would use them again for future needs and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them (and have to our neighbors who might do the same thing), only I'd deal with Amos directly.

We sought 5+ quotes for about 275 linear feet of a 4 ft. fence in black aluminum. Millcreek came in with a competitive price, slightly better than other well-reviewed companies. After a few measurements and conversations with Amos and Jay, we were all set! 8-weeks later, we are absolutely in love with our final result! Multiple neighbors have told us how great it looks.

Being next to a busy road, my wife and I now have peace of mind about going out back to play with our 3 toddlers and 2 dogs. COVID set us back a bit, but a few repeat phone calls were made on my end to check in on the situation. Karen is absolutely delightful to speak with and so helpful when you call. We recently had our aluminum fence installed by Millcreek and we couldn't be happier! From start to finish, they were very informative, responsive and professional. We enjoyed working with each member of the team, from Jay who completed our estimate, to Amos the sales manager, and the installation crew. They came out a couple of days before the installation to confirm placement of the fence and discuss all final details.

They worked efficiently and quickly and had our fence done in only a day-and-a-half.just in time before all of the snow. They followed up after the installation to ensure we were satisfied with the final result. Great company with great customer service. Highly recommend!

We needed a fenced yard for our puppy, and we couldn't be more delighted with the installation and appearance. We were apprehensive about how it would look with our landscaping, but it actually enhances it. The team did an awesome job of avoiding our irrigation system while digging post holes, and the work was completed in a day and a half. It looks as if it has always been there. Our puppy loves, it and so do we!

We used Millcreek to build our custom deck. Amos the sales rep listened to our thoughts and ideas, and made creative suggestions such as the corner pergola which we love! The workers couldn't start as soon as they would have liked due to how long it tookthe township to get around to reviewing the permit (which Millcreek completely handled), but once they got the green light from the township we were surprised at how quickly they finished the project. The final product was perfect, and we love our deck! Itreally saved us during the quarantine. I definitely recommend Millcreek!

Through dealing with our zoning permit from our township, Millcreek promptly responded to all of our questions and concerns regarding timeline of the fence build. We liked how the company had multiple crews of men working to get several jobs done at once quickly and efficiently as scheduled. The workers showed up promptly around 8am daily two days in a row and had it done by day 2 in the afternoon. Mind you, our property is well over a half acre in size! Very high quality material and kind, considerate workers. Great experience and highly recommend.

I started getting quote for fences back in December. Originally I was looking for a wooden fence and Jay came out to get me the estimate. I decided I also was interested in a quote for vinyl with wire as it lasts a lot longer. Jay was by far the best person who came out to get me an estimate, and they came back with a great quote. He gave me a sense of confidence in Millcreek as well so I decided to go with them.

They were about 8 weeks out, which was completely fine with me as I was not in a rush. Daniel came out with his crew and put up the fence, which looks amazing! My dogs (Australian cattle dog and Boston terrier mix) hate it because they can't get out now, but that was the whole point! I called Millcreek Fence & Decks on the recommendation of a family member. The estimator explained exactly how their fences are constructed and installed, and provided recommendations that suited my lifestyle and fell within my budget. I chose the 5 ft vinyl privacy fence, which based on my internet searches, I didn't even know existed. The installers made sure the fence and gate were installed exactly where and how I wanted, and the result looks great. My neighbors no longer have to listen to my dogs barking at other dogs, people, school buses, cars.

Reasonably priced and very fast install. Takes a bit for them to come out but that's because they're so busy! Would recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality reasonably priced fence.
