Great system, could not beat the price. Wish I would have got one 15 years ago

I've had 98% success installing LWG units. Beyond a few hiccups, their systems perform wonderfully. My customers are 100% satisfied! They make my business look good, with their quality products.

I have a ultraviolet light, works great but getting Lancaster replacement bulbs is a total PITA! They force you to go through a dealer (Ferguson) who make it clear they could care less if they sell you a light bulb, not making enough money on them I guess. cheap ones on amazon are junk. It's a shame they have a good product just lousy customer service. UP DATE, called back with a little more force and got bulbs sent right out. thank you. And again don't try the cheap ones from amazon they won't fit.

I've been working with Lancaster for the past 5 years providing quality filtration systems for my clients. I have to say, I'm very impressed with the quality and performance of their X Series Line. I have had a lot of good feedback from customers who have been using Lancaster Water Systems for years which makes my job easier as dealer. Also, If we have any questions, they are quick to respond and always go out of their way to solve any issue we have.

I own HQ Water Solutions in the Lancaster area. I use LWG products for all water treatment equipment installs. LWG products are high quality and offer great support staff. Staff is always available by phone to help answer questions.

I own and operate L&M Plumbing out of Kempton, PA and we only install Lancaster Water Treatment products, because they are top quality and have amazing customer service. I only sell and install products I know are going to last a long time and from companies that are there to back up their product if there is ever an issue. I have even had products passed their warranty period repaired at no cost.

They don't just sell quality water treatment, they stand behind their product beyond any other company I have ever dealt with. You will be hard pressed to find a better company to do business with.

Have one of those installed about 10 years ago and it works perfectly. Occasionally (mostly due to the loss of power to the house) it needs some adjustments and that's where the amazing customer service comes to play - super professional and very helpful to get the unit up and running. I bought a water softer from this company via Modern Plumbing in Berlin Ct. The instructions were impossible to understand, the controls superimposed upon one another, making it impossible to set the controls. I complained to the company without recourse, and sent the control head back to be rebuilt. When it came back, it didn't work at all. I contacted Modern Plumbing in Berlin, CT, and was told that no plumber would work on this system because it was a piece of trash, and could not be fixed, and that it would be cheaper to go with an established company, and buy a new one. Moral of the story-stay away from Lancaster Water Softeners-they are trash out of the box.
