Representative came out and surveyed our home. He determined there was really no good place to put an elevator but did determine the most likely location. He gave us pricing and construction cost. He recommended a stair climber and gave us price and installation costs on that. He was friendly, informative, professional and very honest.

We just received our annual bill for $539. That is a $102 raise from last years Maintenance Agreement. I called regarding this massive increase and was told I was charged the wrong amount the last 2 years. What logic is that? How can a business continue in business with these types of problems. In addition, the notice letter we received was not dated - and we received the letter after the contract expired, this company has some serious issues. Such a shame the management cannot get their "ducks in a row". The field force is great.

Critical: Responsiveness They were very nice and helpful in the beginning but once they got their money they never showed up for appointments. These guys are scam artists

Amazing customer service with matching technicians! Calls are answered immediately and they seem to just be at your beckon call. We have a mixed use commercial/residential elevator for reference.

I had my elevator installed in to my three story townhouse about a month ago. It has been terrific to have the option for groceries, boxes, and also for my aging parents. I have had a few things that needed follow up and this company was attentive, prompt, and always ensured the elevator and my experience was 5 stars. Thank you for being a terrific company!

The elevator and sales folks were and are good. Service is not. Scheduling takes a week or more (very hard on my 88 year okd father to not be able to get up and down to the kitchen and his room - makes me question having picked an elevator). Worst is that service folks are purposely overbooked (the owner told me she directed bookings be back to back) so any drive time troubles and they are late ir no show. Often when they arrive, they arevrude. The owner is frazzled and over her head, safly, and her attitude has pervaded much of her work force. Go elsewhere if you can.
