Have visited Stone Ware House multiple times and love the selections. Gabe is by far the best team member to work with. He is knowledgeable, courteous, and has personality plus. Stone Ware House is fortunate to have someone like Gabe who cares about where he works, the products they sell, and the knowledge of what it means to be superior at customer service.

Stone Warehouse has a great selection and customer service. Today we had the pleasure of working with Gabriel. He listened and answered our questions patiently, made helpful suggestions, and directed us to what worked best. He went above and beyond in helping us find the right countertops. Highly recommend - Ryan enormously helpful There is an enormous selection of granite (we weren't looking for other types of counters). The first time we went we enjoyed looking, but we weren't knowledgeable enough to know to ask for anyone in particular. The first time we went there, the lady let us in but was otherwise unhelpful. The company we hired to install the kitchen counters told us that when we went back to finalize our choice of granite to ask for Ryan, and when we went back the second time, we asked for him.

He was friendly, helpful and patient. We showed him our cabinet color and floor tile and he helped us narrow down our selection, keeping in mind our price point. He was very knowledgeable about the stones and their durability/strength. With his help, we only needed perhaps 20 minutes to narrow down our choices to 2. Definitely recommend with thanks to him.

In order to be helpful, I suggest the following before going: 1) read some articles or watch some You Tube videos on how to choose the color of your counter; 2) understand there is an enormous range of prices of the granites; 3) Either bring a piece of flooring or cabinet or a big color photo with you to the facility. 4) When you go, ask for help. Jon and Kevin were awesome! Jon helped us navigate the many pieces and types of stone in the building, being very patient until we found just the right one. Kevin took over for our back splash, showing us many shapes, materials and colors of tile. He was very knowledgeable and made sure we were very happy with our choice. I would definitely visit their store again and highly recommend both Jon and Kevin!

First trip to Stone Warehouse and I'm loving the experience. Jon was informative and educated us along the way. Beautiful stones of all types. Must see if doing a reno! Jon, you are the man, the myth, the legend! Your guidance is much appreciated.

Jon was great! He spent a lot of time with us explaining the different types of stones etc. We had 3 different families all looking for kitchen countertops and he handled all our questions well. We had a great experience!

Jon and atul were wonderful. They worked with me on the floor to pick out slabs I liked. While hand selecting my slab they were able to bring in more options and move the slabs around for me to view and be sure of my selection. Great experience from beginning to end. Only place to pick out your slab at.

Selection at this place is amazing! Jon was extremely helpful, he spent quality time and explained different stone options and movements. We didn't feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase. We went back few times to finalize our selection and Jon was always there ready to help! We've been to 5-7 different places in Tampa Bay and this place is truly different!
