Arrived Saturday with the thought of getting unloaded, no way Jack, the department I needed doesn't work on weekends so we had to either park there or leave for weekend.this morning got told which dock to back up to, I think took longer to back in then what it took for them to unload 3 skids.polite and friendly staff that was very helpful and understanding on Saturday when I got there.the one guy offered to unload me sat, but they wouldn't let him.

We were trying to help our son and daughter in-law with a project that was time sensitive. I called Kathy on Monday and the wood was at their door on Thursday morning. I can't say enough great things about Kathy and Builders Supply. What a great company!

Good products, terrible service. I'm not a contractor but I also know what I'm doing. As soon as the construction desk realizes I'm not a contractor customer service instantly goes out the window. I cringe every time I have to deal with the lady at the construction desk. She is SO demeaning and rude, however I fear she is kept employed because she knows the products and what you need vs all the other news hires at the desk.

But DANG, every time I walk away from the desk my blood pressure is through the roof and I tell myself never to come back. She is so rude and insulting. Unfortunately their products are good and that's what keeps me coming back for my larger projects. Wish Omaha had other options honestly.

I went to Builder's Supply with some measurements of my existing deck and a rough drawing showing existing footings. Justin took my information and worked with their team to provide me with a detailed quote for materials to complete my project. The quote was comprehensive. I ordered the material and it was delivered and neatly placed in my driveway.

I had everything I needed for my project. I made a few changes and exchanged some material. I coordinated with Justin, additional material was delivered and the material I wanted to return was picked up and a credit was immediately issued. Justin always set expectations for delivery dates and times - and always exceeded my expectations. It was a great experience and I highly recommend Builder's Supply!

Just wanted to write a quick note to mention the excellent customer service I received from Justin Z. in estimation on my Pergola project. There was a lot of back and forth on getting things right but he was patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Later when I had to make some returns, he personally stepped in to expedite the process. I live in Lincoln and have other choices available, but have had great customer service with Builders and always appreciate the professionalism and extra effort made by all the employees. What a horrible experience. We first started with working with a lady in the cabinets for our kitchen. She was beyond rude and insulting since we were doing the work ourselves. She stated several times are measurements were wrong and what we wanted wouldn't work. We met several times and got no where yet she wanted to put the order thru. We walked a way and went with Lowe's since the lady there seemed to be able to do what we wanted with our measurements.

We now are at the point of the counter top and sink so we went back praying we would get someone different and a nice young gentleman was helping when this lady stormed in and took over. Once again, degrading our measurements and telling us the impossible. She did say she would send us a quote. We haven't seen anything and to be honest we wish we would of had Builders cabinets and would like to have the countertop and sink from there as well. Needless to say, dont go here for cabinets unless they hire someone else!
