I brought in a torsion axel that I needed replaced. The clerk saw it himself, and put in the order for the new one themselves. It was the wrong axel entirely, but because I hadn't had an opportunity within the first 30 days to do the replacement, I didn't know it was wrong until outside of that window. They wouldn't help make this right, wouldn't refund the money, wouldn't order a new one, and wouldn't help pay for a refabrication. I honestly thought this place was amazing, but after this experience I will never be going back to them for my RV needs.

I bought a 7000lb Axle for my trailer here, i later discovered that my initial measurement was a little shorter than what i needed. Gave them a call the next day (Friday) they told me to come in and they would take care of it. Because of traffic I arrived about 15 mins before closing. I spoke to James and he was very friendly, helpful, and fast to swap out the axle I bought for a longer one. Thank you James for you wonderful help! Not everyday you meet someone as helpful and friendly as him 10 mins before closing on a Friday afternoon!

Lost a camper trailer wheel on the freeway and the first place we called to get a new wheel was booked so they recommended here. Kyle was personable, helpful and knew exactly what we needed. He made a bad situation a little better and helped us get on our way as quickly as possible. Highly recommend this place.

Bought some part from this place, when I got parts sales guy was super friendly and nice. I got the issue, with part, it won't feet my trailer, then I come back and try to exchange part. Guy in the front was very rude, won't change the part. He was asked for the receipt, receipt was lost, but we try to show him transaction on the cc he won't see it. After that we sad ok, never mind, we ask sell to us new part, and he was rejected.

I went to pick up a part for a friend and the sales person was very rude saying to the customer before me he had a bad day, when my turn came up he threw my parts at me and I asked what did I do to you for you to throw them at me he said you want them or not and says next person in line and looked at me like he wanted to kill me! I told the customer behind me he has serious anger issues! What can be do in a situation like this

These guys are great small shop run by family I believe. fair priced trailer parts we got a spare for our trailer, new hydraulic jack. new 2 5/16 ball. way cheaper than autozone oreilley or hike depot and way better quality stuff we are piano mover so we pull a lot of weight in the trailer. They even gave me a pin for the trailer for free this morning since I had lost ours. Tons of trailer stuff here I don't know how it's such a hidden gem like this.

Ok, here it is. I have always been well received when I come in. Today I came to get some some brake shoes for my recent buy of a used trailer. The man who was waiting on me seemed to be new and learning himself, as I'm am also. I was asking a few questions about "standard shoes" and your "never adjust". This kid who seemed to have a chip on his shoulder was asked by the man helping me the original question and then I had some follow up questions just so I had it all clear.
He was acting irritable with me and was a uncomfortable time for both of us. I was going to ask him if he treated all his paying customers the same way? I admit that I am new at this trailer thing, but I am a mechanical guy who knows what your talking about. This kid was not patient and only partially answered my question which led to another question. Which, his answer became even more intense.
He had a black ear plug in his right ear. I thought they were all good questions and I'm sure the guy helping me would have been more pleasant if he had known the answer. Another person with a long mustache helped with a couple questions, before the kid came in, and was very pleasant. There you go, that was my experience. :-

Auto suck. New inovation for the snow. First time use I had to put them on from la grande or. to hermiston I supost. I stop about 20 miles from la grande seem to be working fine. then stop on cabage hill still on. stop at bottom of hill still there. got to hermiston I was going to take them off. but somewhere they fall off. Only use for about 100 miles. Not worth it. Too bad Ispend over $400 for it. the bag is what I got left.
