We believe H & A's continued success stems from the expertise of our staff - many with over 40 years of construction experience - and the relationships we have built with clients, architects, and subcontractors over the years. Our two founders, Craig Helmer and Roger Avery, partnered in 1961 starting a small firm to build houses.
No matter what stage of the project, our philosophy is to give you all the time, assistance, and enthusiasm needed to produce a building you will enjoy and be proud of. Listening to your needs, and knowing how to integrate those needs into your project, is one of our greatest strengths. We will team with you, your staff, and your engineers and planners during design and document preparation to provide accurate costing and schedule input.
