This is the 5th time I have used Life Deck to either re-do, restore, repair, re-coat, my ground level patio, 2 different decks, driveway, walk-way, and out side entry way. We had our deck resurfaced by Life Deck about 18 months ago. We loved and still love the finished product. It has held up very well over the past months except for two small cracked areas in the covering. We contacted Gary, our project manager, at Life Deck to see if the cracks could be repaired. Gary promptly arranged for the affected areas to be completely repaired, and covered by warranty! We highly recommend Life Deck - their product, work and customer service.

Worked with Scott and the crew from Life Deck. Very happy with the finished product. My advice to customers is be patient and flexible with colors. Make your concerns known early. Also, be flexible with time and plan a buffer. I say this because, if you change your mind on color or finish, and weather (temp/humidity) could cause delays. Grateful for the time Scott and his crew spent to get the job done right.

If I could, I would give this company 10 stars. They did an absolutely stunning job on my flooring in the lounge/game room area of my home. Due to a flood, I had to have my concrete stained epoxy flooring redone. Scott, Diego, and Adrien where a class act. I decided to change the coloring of the flooring from its original stain, and Scott took the time to create large samples of the colors I chose so that I was able to get a good feel of how the flooring would look in my home before I made my decision.

He was in constant contact with me about when his team would be arriving to begin the demo. Diego and Adrien were there guys that did the construction.they walked me through every step of the process, asking for my input on the movement of the flooring so that they could put my vision to life. They were always on time, super kind, respectful, and clean as a whistle. These guys run a tight ship and I recommend them in the highest regard. Here are some before and afters.

I 'am not going to bore you with all the details here. Life Deck is just another company that tells you something they are going to do but doesn't end up doing it. Their responds by Gary Lane is "I never said that". Even through the independent contractor (who hired Life Deck) and myself (Homeowner) agree on what was told to us by Gary. Now for the best part.

Life Deck didn't even perform what was put in the written proposal. After informing them about it, Gary responds was "I know what it says". I would suggest to anyone looking for a deck restoration company is to find company that is more trustworthy than Life Deck.

Originally I was very unhappy with the color I selected for my patio Plus it was so light that it was impossible to keep clean. The general manager, Brian immediately contacted me and set forth to remedy the situation and provided color samples so I could find something that I would be pleased with. I selected "Sand" and they were so prompt to redo it to my satisfaction and it looks amazing with my patio and outdoor kitchen. I could not be happier with the service and workmanship of Life Deck. I will continue to use them and highly recommend them.

We have the life deck coating that was put in several years ago by Life Deck. We live in the East County of San Diego, so it does get hot out here in the summer. The deck is beautiful. There is still upkeep. You have to reseal it regularly. If you poor new concrete (which we have done on a regular basis), they can match the new spot pretty good with the old, but not exactly, because the old stuff does fade.

And it is still really hot on the feet around the pool (probably not as hot as concrete). The last time we had it redone, there was an issue with the seams which wasn't apparent when the work was first done. Within a few months the seams were collecting dirt and debris. Life Deck stood by their install. Initially they tried to clean the seams, which worked for awhile.

But upon determining that the issue was not resolved, they replaced the seams entirely. Gil is my contract and he is terrific. They stand by their product and their work. We will continue to use them.

We used Life Deck for concrete floor resurfacing for 2 Restaurants. After they did a great job the first time we used them again for another location. The floors came out beautiful and have lasted. Besides the finished product the best thing about working with life deck is the professionalism. They bid accurately, no surprises. They show up when they say they will and they give an accurate timeline for completion. We look forward to using them again.
