(Stars only pertaining to Customer service/no purchase made) I spoke with Tahtim regarding remnant granite, I was delighted with the service, she was honest, calculating the price per sq. ft. which also included installation, I discovered it was not affordable. Her knowledge was very helpful and I recommend consulting with this business for people who can afford granite counter tops.

The brick on my house was damaged when they were here to install the granite. The installer denied that he damaged my house. They would do nothing to fix it. I know accidents happen. But that they denied responsibility when it happened the same day that they were here and unloading the heavy granite right where the damage was. It cost me 1500.00 to fix the damaged brick and realign garage door.
I personally did the painting, so I could save money. The entry code box was damaged and I still have not replaced it.was told it would cost me 250.00. This all happened 2 years ago. I didn't do a review then because I am terrible on computers. But now I am having problems with the top of the granite chipping. I thought that I should warn everyone about what happened with the job they did for me.

Waste of time. I spoke to the owner about remnant pieces and thought we had come to a fair price. When I returned with my measurements magically the prices were very different and the saleswoman gave me a totally different story. When I emailed to make the deal he called me a liar. So much for the customer always being right. Steer clear of this place. There are plenty of other places that will truly give you a decent deal and not insult you in the process.
