Metro Doors guarantees you the best quality of thermoplastic MDF doors against premature yellowing, delamination, and also both hidden and visible defects that will make them unsuitable for their intended use. This warranty is valid for a period of five (5) years from the date of shipment. Repaired or replaced products are not subject to a new warranty period.

We built custom cabinetry and at times we need to order doors through this company. Every single time we order from them, we are so disappointed. Never on time and staff/management extremely rude as if they are doing us a favour. We will no longer use ths company, too many chances have been given.

I went to this business because they had such great reviews, but I'm not satisfied with their business ettiquette. Overall the product quality was average. I ordered doors for a bathroom vanity and they gave me one price. when I spoke to them again and told them I needed handles and hinges as well, they said they would call me back and no one ever did.

I called them many times and the ladies have no idea what's going on and always say they will call me back. When I went to pick up my order not only was the original price more expensive then what they quoted and that wasn't the including handles or hinges.but they also charged me $5 to drill holes for the handles. I went from a quote of $100 to $160 for two doors.
