Can't them get to respond, Delivered fence late on 10-4, was supposed to be the 28th and fence was substandard quality. These guys have the worst reputation in the industry. Why can't you just give me a call back and respond? I finally spoke to Wayne today and he said he'd have Ruben put in another work order to have the rest of the fence removed. Check around before you hire these guys, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR QUALITY, and NO RESPONSE.

I recently hired the company to do some fence repairs and installation of new fencing. I was quoted a two week lead time and we're now five weeks out and I'm told it's going to be a six weeks in total, assuming they hit that deadline. My biggest concern is there's been zero communication.i don't understand how a job can be portrayed at contract execution at two weeks but yet it takes six weeks to complete.
I know they do great work but there's lots of areas of improvement including customer services and project completion time. Based on my experience please plan on an extra month from whatever time frame they provide.

Terrible customer service. Be prepared to spend another $250-$300 every few months when the fence falls down. It's obvious it is not properly set up. Its been up 6-7 months and has fallen twice. Each fix comes with a fee. Take your business elsewhere. (REGARDING Response from owner below.) I confirmed the address and phone to LP Fence is what is listed on this GOOGLE page.

Purchased some t-post, and no climb fencing from Wayne. I ran short on t-post, ran to Lowes to finish the job, and turns out there cheaper! Called to see what gives, a gentleman (can't remember his name) asked that I call back and speak to Wayne he'd make it right(not in terms of a refund or a price match but, I was looking to purchase 90ft of steel pipe and maybe he could wave the $2 charge per cut I'd need about 5 cuts). Spoke with Wayne today, and nope he can't do anything for me, nothing at all.
I'm very disappointed with the tone (tough sht kinda attitude) and his unwillingness to keep a customer. I know it's was a small project and my measly 500 bucks don't mean squat, but I'll keep that in mind for the next project. Bottom line they are more expensive and not intrested in the little guy, so save your money and go elsewhere.

The product selection is great but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. As a walk in customer in need of information you will not be happily helped. Then after making your purchase you will wait in the back for 30 minutes prior to a loader getting your load ticket. Operating a business with this amount of wait time is difficult when employees are paid hourly to wait for such a period of time in back of their establishment without the slightest acknowledgement.
