They should state at that they close at 5:15. We showed up at 5:23 yesterday. They stared at us through the window with an "what do you want" look. Went inside they scattered like cockroaches. Finally pinned someone down which they told me that they do their last load at 5:15 p.m. Bad business ethics.

I asked for raised garden soil to fill my raised garden bed and was sold the "planters mix". It is just topsoil. The water just runs off of the top of the soil. I have spent twice as much money as the mix originally cost me to amend the topsoil they sold me. Do not waste your money on the "planters mix".

We are in the midst of a major remodeling project and came to C&C to pick out stone for our fireplace. We couldn't be happier with the stone we picked out and wanted to thank Cassidy Gould for all her help with our selection. I had been in contact with Lizeth at this company for a few days regarding some rock samples I was wanting to look at. Within a day, we had agreed that I would send them FedEx prepaid-overnight packaging, since I was unable to pick up samples in person. After I mailed the packaging, they went silent on me. The packaging was mailed over a month ago, I have reached out to Lizeth on multiple occasions, as well as contacts I have been able to find on the website and no one has bothered to get back to me. Horrible customer service and communication within this company.

Customer service is horrible. They can't answer questions at the counter and won't assist with boulders selection. They say they are too busy, and we are not the only customers having problems. Even the manager was no help and said they just don't have people to help or time to pull our selected rocks until the day before delivery, which was a week out, by then the rocks we picked out were no longer identified( with tape), so we would now have to go find new boulders, re identify with tape, and hope that stays in place until the day before delivery, they find time the day before delivery but not the day we pick the rock.

We ordered rock, mulch, and dirt from C & C this year. We placed several orders over the course of several months while we finished landscaping our backyard. Most of the time our experience was pleasant. It seemed to depend on which employee was helping you place the order that day. The delivery drivers were always kind and helpful. The materials seem to be good quality for what we ordered. Prices seem to be a little higher here then some other places, but I'm sure it depends on what you are ordering. Overall it's seems competitive.

Desinty at C&C Sand are amazing. She helped with my summer project (from concrete slab to paver patio and BBQ entertainment area). Destiny assisted with material selection and staging as needed so materials would not pile up on my property. Delivery staff was great as well. As I finished one stage, the next set of materials were delivered. What an amazing staff, they are very patient for first timers, helped with design, and construction questions. Highly recommended.next summer project.front porch!
