Great service and products. We wanted a shade for our sliding glass door and we wanted something nice. After shopping around we decided on Hunter Douglas and we're referred to Pat and The Blind and Shutter Store. Man I'm glad we reached out to him before moving forward with another company/product. Ray does a phenomenal job with blinds and shutters. We had new plantation shutters installed by NVBAS and I couldn't be happier. Amazing price and job was done incredibly well. Excellent Service! We have purchased several blinds from Ray and Leah over the years. We had a problem with one of our Hunter Douglas wood blinds warping. Contacted them and they made the process of getting a replacement blind nearly seamless. They even delivered the new blind directly to our front door. They are a great small business and very response.

Wow.are we impressed and more than happy. We called New View and Ray came right out that same morning to measure and order. Spent a good bit of time with us showing us all the options and thinking things through to make sure we made the best decisions, and contributing from his considerable experience of seeing these shutters in place. So we placed our order and quickly received a call that they were ready to install. John came out and with great skill, precision, and real attention to detail put them in place.and amazing.

They are beautifully and solidly constructed, with very up-to-date well considered design. We have had Plantation shutters before, but they have really improved. We will be ordering more from New View in a couple of months. These guys are lovely, professions, and skilled. It was a real win to work with them and a pleasure to have them in our home, which they greatly improved for us!

Ray listened and helped with options for shutters for our large sliding glass door. He came out right away and was the only one I called who could work with our time constraints. Everyone else I called said, "no way can we have it delivered and installed by then." But they had our beautiful shutters installed with a few days to spare! John, who installed our shutters was professional and detailed.

There were a few rough places that were slightly damaged in shipping; John came out a couple of weeks later and installed new shutters for free. We couldn't be happier with the care, customer service and attention to detail that Ray and his team provided. Our shutters are gorgeous and they were also the least expensive bid by hundreds of dollars. Please call this local business and bypass the national chains (who are still spamming me a month later.) You will be happy you did!

We purchased our plantation shutters from New View Blinds and Shutters several years ago. We love our shutters and have received many compliments on how wonderful they look in our home. This company is very well versed in all window treatments and were very easy to work with throughout the whole process. I highly recommend New View Blinds and Shutters without reservation as a professional company that puts the customer first. They have access to locally made plantation shutters that are of a superior quality at a reasonable price. They accurately measured all 17 windows in our house resulting in solid wood shutters that have transformed the house and given it a rich look and feel.

When one window pane would not properly close they quickly responded and had the problem corrected. I take comfort in knowing that should a shutter develop a problem the factory is right in town. If you need window coverings, this is the company to consult.

I moved to Colorado Springs and needed blinds for all windows in a brand new house. I was very happy with New View Blinds. They were quick, efficient, competent. I spent about how much I figured I would need to budget for. And they did not try to get me to buy the most expensive products. When they made an error, they immediately ordered a replacement, and did so quickly and expediently.

But definitely check and recheck the order before placing it. I would have had the wrong blinds in two of my rooms, as Leah wrote it down differently than i had told her, and it would have been at my expense. So make certain before you place the order. Overall, I was very happy with the service and with the end result.
