Brinlee Home Improvement

We had almost all of the windows in our house replaced by Brinlee after they were recommended by a coworker. They got the job done quickly and for a project of that scope, we found them very affordable. We are really enjoying our new windows now that the temperatures are dropping and will definitely use them for future home improvement projects.

This is sad for me to write because we have had them do work on our house before with siding and they did a wonderful job. I called to see if I could get an estimate on installing a door. Was flat out told they won't do it because they are "too busy" and didn't have "the guys" to do it. He did not ask me when I wanted the door installed, what type of door, or anything like that.

I understand companies are extremely busy with other projects but I wasn't even asked if it was okay to have to door installed at a later time(I am in no rush to have it installed, would just like it before the end of this year sometime). He would have known that if he even showed some interest in finding out more about what I wanted done. I found the person I talked to short and rude with responses.

Even as a small business it's not acceptable to be that way with potential customers. Brinlee may not lose business because of this review or even money and they maybe too busy to do other projects, but this review is for the way they treat people calling with simple questions.

Never used, called for estimate on dry wall etc, no one showed.

I have used Brinlee Home Improvement for years on a number of my properties Best of the Best here! Very professional team has done windows and gutters and have always recommended them to my family and friends. Always has done an excellent work on my jobs. Steve has always looked out for my best interests, very trustworthy I think they are Best in Omaha! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Brinlee did a great job of completing the work in a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable price. We worked with Ray Breeden and would be happy to work with him again.

Highly unprofessional. We asked them to wait until we were able to move our cars from the drive way, multiple times, only for them to ignore all requests and come on a day no one was home. Our yard was left a mess with our satellite hanging from a main power line. They left their dumpster on our front lawn. And inside their dumpster was a mess of beer cans. Perhaps they just got too drunk to clean up? Unsure. Highly unsatified, wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Satisfied customer from several years ago but found them very indifferent to even looking at a siding repair job now. Frustrating to work with for this homeowner.
