Was given this business' name directly from Pentair to contact to purchase pool equipment and pool lighting for a client we are working with (the client is a construction company) that is building a pool. Joel answered and seemed completely confused as to why I would have the audacity to contact him to purchase such items when I'm not a ''pool builder.
I've literally never been treated so disrespectfully. Apparently I should have personally obtained a Pool Building PhD before calling in an attempt to source product. I've sourced product for my various jobs for over 10 years and have never experienced someone have an attitude over having to sell to me. Unless you are a specialized pool building company with over 10 years experience, apparently you aren't qualified to buy from these guys.
And even if you are a specialized pool building company, it sounds like you better send your top dog in to actually try to source or order anything because if you don't know the exact SKU you need then they don't want to have to explain their products to you.

0 Stars actually! We purchased a piece of equipment from H20. It was not in a box from the factory. When we got home and examined the piece of equipment, we noticed that it was damaged. We took it back for a refund and was denied. Joel, the owner, was very arrogant and rude. He basically accused us of damaging it and trying to return it. My recommendation is if you have done business or considering doing business with H20, there are plenty of other pool equipment companies that will treat and honor your returns. Would not recommend this company to ANYONE! Go elsewhere!
