Biggest joke of a place to serve this county. Two older guys running the counter are the most rude disrespectful people Iv met. Many snarky comments made towards customers. Are almost zero help with anything. Act as if it is a complete inconvenience for someone to walk in needing something. And basically tell you to go F yourself without actually saying it.

Spend thousands and thousands with this place and was told to find a new supplier by the staff. Most helpful people at this place is the yard guys. They deserve a raise and the counter guys need to be let go. Losing business I guess they don't care about.

2 days ago I called yavapai block to seek a part-time job. I spoke to Mike. I advised Mike that I can not work full-time because I am on disability. Mike then rudely said to me we don't hire part-time or disable people. Mike then said I need stong hard workers. I said how do you know my work ethics just by judging me. Also Mike dont even know anything about my disability. So any of you on disability don't waste your time applying at yavapai block. Their lost.

Helpful staff who will do what they can to get you a good deal. Just ordered some versalok and am excited to see how smooth the process is.

This place is on point. 110 percent customer service and smiley faces. Everyone there is packed full of knowledge and experience.

If you are reading this, do yourself a favor and run away from the home depot and Lowes. Anything related to masonry products can be purchased at Yavapai Block. Not only will you get a better product and better pricing but it will come with service. Yes, I know it's hard to believe but it's true. Actual service from a knowledgeable staff. See for yourself. This place is not just for professionals, anyone can walk in there and buy masonry products.

My 67 year old friend went there today and had to load 4800 pounds of block by himself! Two workers watched and one told him he could come back tomorrow and finish after he literally threw up from the heat! How does that happen? I gave one star because I couldn't go lower!
