Had two windows replaced by True View and am very pleased. Got 3 quotes and theirs was the best. Sales Rep Chad Carlson was very helpful and responsive. Installers Brandon and Jerry were extremely professional and courteous and did an excellent job of installing the windows and cleaning up any debris. I highly recommend this company.

We had whole house window replacement through True View 2 years ago, and were completely satisfied. Last month we had a problem with a failed window latch and a technician supervisor named Robert came out and assessed the situation and had a repair team here within hours to repair the window. A week or so later another technician in the shower door department named Saul came out to look at our shower door which I thought needed some adjustment.

Every person I have dealt with in this company, including the office personal I spoke with have been unfailingly responsive, courteous, and professional. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They are a pleasure to deal with. Thank you True View.

My entire experience with True View (from first contact to work completion) was nothing less than exceptional. They did exactly what they said they were going to do (pricing, schedule, quality, part ordering, installation and repair). Gilbert and Ethan were the two man team that installed the new balancers and adjusted the window locks. Gilbert and Ethan seem to love what they do and provided exceptional service.

They were very communicative, easy to work with, professional, courteous, kind, knowledgeable and timely. I would definitely consider using True View, Gilbert and Ethan again should the need arise

We have used True View for window replacements, and we didn't hesitate to call them when we needed a custom shower door for our remodeled shower. The price was very reasonable, all of the staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The installers were awesome. They were polite with a great sense of humor. I have recommended them to my sister who also used True View for a custom shower door. I highly recommend this company.

Had a small basement egress window replaced and everything was great. Called/emailed before arrival, everything was on time and as expected. Convenient, cost effective. Everyone we dealt with was awesome, Brandon the installer, Julie the coordinator. No complaints, definitely recommend for window replacement, big or small.

Having True View Windows and Glass replace our window glass was an entirely positive experience. From the moment we called and spoke with Corena and invited their visit and estimate to the installation by Steven and David we were quite pleased. Professional, friendly, fair priced, and concerned with the customer's satisfaction, who could ask for more?

We had a leaking window. I had several companies come out to give a cost for replacement. The gentleman that came out was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They sent a tech to come out and take measurements and collect the 1/2 down deposit. It took about 3 1/2 mos for the window to come in due to Covid delays. The job was done quickly and they subcontracted with two other companies for drywall and stucco repair. It was done within the week. I would recommend this company.

Exceeded my expectations and professional throughout. Initially inquired about replacing sliding patio door, ended up replacing all our home's windows as well. Everything was as promised: lead times, quality, install, support was all fantastic. Special thanks to Mike DeMore, and our install team Jacob and Robert. The difference from 60's single pane windows to these is just incredible. Worth every penny.

On 12/21/2021, the company came out to my home and replaced a single window after calling them a day ahead of time (fantastic). The replacement was swift, less than 20 minutes, and left. The price was $275, agreed to, and services completed. As of 1/8/2022, I noticed that the same exact window had a long, single crack in it that extended from the corner of the bottom to the top of the window.

I contacted them same day, didn't get a call back until Monday, 1/10 (it was the weekend so that was understandable) and they asked for me to send them a picture of the window. I did so and their response was "we cannot determine what caused the crack and single pane windows are not warrantied. However we could look into getting you a discount".

I would caution anyone on this company due to this fact. Otherwise, their communication was a positive aspect, just the quality of the service work and/or quality of the glass used is highly questionable.

I had 4 windows replaced, going from single pane to double pane. I was super nervous as this was my first real project on my first home and wasn't sure if I selected the right company or product. Well I couldn't be happier with the True View company, I worked with Mike DeMore for the quotes and product choosing and then the crew that did the install.

All so amazing, they were all professional and helped explain things when I had questions. I seriously couldn't be happier with my decision to use True View. Thank you for the great experience.

Just had 4 windows replaced by True View, and we are extremely pleased with how everything turned out. From the initial price quote to the post-installation follow-up phone call they made to make sure we were happy, we couldn't have been more satisfied. Chad was great to work with on the front end. He's very knowledgeable, helpful with suggestions without being pushy, and worked hard to make sure he beat competing quotes.

They were upfront about the extended wait times, so we were able to set out expectations appropriately. And when it came time for delivery and install, communication was top notch. Corey and Shawn showed up on time on the scheduled install day, and they worked efficiently to finish quicker than anticipated. Most importantly, the windows were installed perfectly without any issues, and they cleaned up after themselves.

Two of the windows were in shower areas with tile running up against the old windows. We were worried about having to repair some of the tile work afterward, but Corey and Shawn somehow got the old windows out and new windows in without any signs of disturbance. I was amazed. Awesome job all around, and highly recommended!

Not a credible or reliable company. Waited all day for a technician to come to my house for the scheduled appointment. No one showed up. No one at the office will take my call. Not actually a 24/7 service. Do not recommend them.

One of the panes of the window integrated in our back door shattered and True View was quick to help once I found them on Google. Their staff was knowledgeable, kind, and upfront on pricing and timeline from start to finish. Also, Andrew and Brody did a fantastic job with the install. They called 30 minutes before arriving, were kind, cleaned up after the install, quick, and did a quality job. I highly recommend True View for window replacement services and would use them again. Today was the second time I had True View out to repair my windows. They've replaced the balancers on a couple windows now and I'm so impressed with their service. Getting a quote and scheduling the repair is easy and everything was made very clear to me. Today Victor came and completed the repair and did a wonderful job. He was friendly and professional. Victor completed the work quickly and explained everything. There were no surprises. I'm very happy with this company and I would not hesitate to recommend True View to anyone.

Lowes recommended True View for a window repair instead of a replacement. They got back to us quickly, good price, great communicators. They took the time to explain what happened and how to manage. Finally they saw our screen doors needed some tlc and they took care of it free of charge!

I'm so happy with True Views customer service and installation. They were very communicative and organized from the very beginning. The two installers went beyond expectations when putting in our windows. Very professional and really went the extra mile. It was a custom side window on a wrought iron door and it looks awesome! I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future!

We ordered Milgard bronze aluminum double pane replacement windows from True View. We love the windows, especially the arched windows in the front of the house. They are all beautiful! So many neighbors have complimented us on them. Chad was our salesman and was extremely patient and responsive with providing timely answers to the numerous questions we had and in working out some unusual window issues.

The workmen were very professional, concerned about quality to get the job done right the first time, and they cleaned up the area beautifully. We definitely recommend True View!

I needed to replace several very large windows where the seal had warped. I found it almost impossible to find a company willing and able to do the work in a reasonable timeframe. Fortunately I came across True View Windows & Glass, and they were fantastic to work with. The glass has about a one month lead time, but their communication throughout was exceptional. And the crew that did the work was excellent! I highly recommend them!

Called and received a quote over the phone for glass shelves to be made. When I took the glass in they wanted to charge me $40 more for 2 less pieces than I was quoted. Not a good way to do business. No referrals coming from me when a company can't stand behind their word.

We had this company install 6 windows for us. The salesman was kind and great to work with. The install seemed to go well with no major issues. Then we got heavy rains from the monsoons. After the first major storm I noticed water damage on my wall and a basket I had with books in it was completely soaked. After many delays the company sent out a crew that I was told would fix it but they squirt the window and then did nothing to fix it.

After they left my husband did his own "water test" and got it to leak. We took more pictures and still wait for a repair. Save yourself a lot of stress and pass on this company! Good news! We finally got some help with our leak therefore I changed my rating from a 1 to a 3.

Unfortunately I did not have a positive experience with True View. I guess the most important thing I want to share is that if you are purchasing a door through True View, and you are actually going to do the installing yourself, know that the door will come DISASSEMBLED. That was not told to me, and I couldn't get my contractor to install because then Milgard wouldn't warranty. Finally, after three weeks, their installer came and installed the door.

Not the most professional company to work with. It also came with a failed promise from the Milgard rep, Tom Munoz, who said he would come help install, and guess what? He ghosted me. Contractor showed up, but not Tom. Response to Celina, whoever that is. My contractor did know how to install, however, I was told by Milgard that it wouldn't be warranteed. This company loves to argue and blame. Not a professional company.

Do you not even try calling them! When I saw the referral on my Guy referrals I called for an estimate to put in a sliding glass door, because that's what they advertise Their response was "well we don't know, it's too busy right now we have too much work" Whaaaaaatttt! That doesn't make sense for a business to refuse to do a very simple job?

Even on their website it says an estimate in 3 hours time". How about No Estimate or we don't need your business! I have never heard of that before. I called My Guy Referrals and told them they need to vet these companies before they publish them.! Beware Do Not Use this Company or any My Guy Referrals, that's false advertising! My Guy Referrals are a scam!

Brandon was really helpful and friendly! He was well informed, professional and knew just what to do to make my slider work perfectly! The whole experience from phone call to completion was friendly, kind, professional and prompt! Thank You True View for another positive experience!(This is my second one)

I would not hesitate to recommend True View Windows to anyone. The price was reasonable and the two windows were installed in just a few hours. They also diagnosed what was wrong with the old window (it leaked because the builder never put flashing around the window) and they really were professional. The next day they fixed the stucco around the window and it looks better than new. Very pleased!

True View recently installed our glass shower enclosure and it turned out beautiful. I was going to go with a chrome frame but decided to do oil rubbed bronze (which is more like espresso) to match our cabinets and so glad I did. The installers were professional and left no mess. True View is competitive with pricing as well. Highly recommend True View!

I actually called the window manufacturing plant in Phoenix to ask who they recommend for installation. They told me True View, so I reached out to schedule a quote. Vincent was our salesman and was very patient. He also never pressured me, which I really appreciated. There was a manufacturing delay with our windows, but the scheduling department kept me in mind and called me as soon as there was a cancellation so we could get our windows installed asap. Finally, on installation day, the team arrived on time (early, actually!) and got everything done in ONE DAY.

I couldn't believe it. We were replacing 5 windows, 1 slider, and turning 1 bedroom window into a slider. The work they did looks absolutely beautiful and they left our home cleaner than they found it. As a new homeowner, deciding which projects to tackle is tricky. New windows were 100% worth every penny. Our old windows were single pane and it felt like you could punch through them (if you could even open them.).

Our new windows move easily, look beautiful, AND are energy efficient. It was eerie how quiet our house was after installation, too. Newer windows also reduce traffic noise. True View was a great company to work with. 10/10 would do it again.

Started off great! Mike Came out measured the window and gave a price quote. The field manager came put and re measured the window. We ordered the window and after 6 weeks trying to schedule the install. They gave very little time ( NO notice) and a small window to do it or it would be another 6 weeks to have the "crew" back out in my neighborhood. Ugh!

Day of installation they tore out the window and the crew left for over 3 hours "for supplies" with a gapping hole in the wall and it was very cold that day! They final returned and installed the window. They had wrong measurements and the wrong grid pattern. Ended up with a 5 inch beam right down the middle of our "new picture window". Called mike and the business office and no return calls from either one until the end of the week!

Long story Mike and the manger comes out 8 says after the install and agree that it is wrong. They inform me that they have to order a new window and that will take up to 6 weeks! 4 weeks later they call me to schedule and install and it's another 8 weeks from now! We are now 4 months into the process asked for a manger to call me back and NO CALL no nothing and this will take 6 months to complete this process. STAY AWAY!

From my first encounter with sales person Vincent to the crew that was sent was a great experience. Able, Josh and Robert were the crew that came to install. I appreciated that they came in masks and on time each day. They new what they were doing. The windows look great. There was one window that gave them a hard time but they figured it out and I'm extremely happy. Job well done!

As the Listing Agent for a property we were representing, we needed to have two closet doors replaced. We've used True View before (and have recommended them!), and we have no complaints about installation, but it was unfortunate to encounter such terse replies to our email communications by an obviously annoyed True View employee. We'll go with another company next time.

Right from the get go. If you do not know much or anything about windows or window purchasing, I would steer clear of this company. I have had the worst experience trying to get them to fix a window I purchased 4-5 years ago. They have no customer service and maybe that's why they are competitive in pricing but don't be fooled and apparently with them windows only last about 4-5 years.

They sold me what might be the worst product and then switched the window manufacturer on me with the other windows (I guess they knew something was wrong with the window they sold me) but I can't get an explanation because they don't have one. The window has the business name True View on it also? Why would a business put their name on a piece of crap window.

Maybe because there philosophy is once you pay them and the window is installed they're done with their obligation. Again service is not their thing. So I have been told many times by them "they were to busy to assist" and I had to contact the manufacturer myself. So they sent me to the wrong manufacturer because to begin with (that I had to teach with many different phone numbers and time, ) but remember you time doesn't matter to them, only how busy they are is what matters, as it was made perfectly clear to me per our conversations.

Now I have to contact the actual manufacturer and figure out how to get my window replaced as they didn't receive or care to get an answer from them (Cascade windows, garbage product) spoiler alert it's most likely because they intentionally sold me a bad window and or installed it incorrectly. At this point they don't care about resolving the issue or taking care of a customer who spent their hard earned money with them. FYI the window is crumbling.

This may be the only way to get them to honor there responsibilities as being a business in our community or maybe they will be exposed for the frauds they truly are, it's really up to them. They best part is, I'm finishing up the windows in my home and they will not be a part of it, they're too busy anyway. the pictures of the windows crumbling with the name True View on it, is my window.

Slight update the manufacturer is saying it appears to be and installation and not warranty. I'll keeping updating this post until I getsome resolution. Update- The manager at True View has stepped in, and is now assisting with the issue. The have send a technician to my residence and have conveyed they are honoring the warranty and work. Once communication opened with the manager the difference has been amazing with help and communication. I have upgraded the rating to a 3 since they are assisting now, I will update and rerate again once this is resolved in full. Thank you Rica for helping me with this issue!
