We had a very difficult time with this company from start to finish. Hired them to replace some windows in a commercial building and they somehow forgot to replace two of them. When I tried to get them to come back and replace, it took almost a month to get them back out there. Once they were finished and I asked to get a copy of the bill it took two more weeks. I asked a competitor to replace the windows and they got on in less than 48 hours. Terrible customer service and follow through.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We had an emergency at our business at around 4am, and they were there by 5am to help clean up glass and board up openings from the break in. They are all respectful, hard working, honest, and just an outstanding group of people to work with! They got us taken care of quickly, and will continue to be our GO-TO glass company! They are currently doing more glass offices at our business, and the estimate and time frame are incredible! Amazing company!

Great service! My experience with Janssen Glass was terrific! I needed a glass door repaired and these guys were the best, from the initial estimate to talking with the office all the way up to the installation This company is completely professional and I paid EXACTLY what I was quoted. The install was fast the guys cleaned up and the work is excellent, don't hesitate to call them really great people.
