Ceramica, Inc. was launched in Indianapolis, Indiana in 1988 by Dick Light. Dick owned a brick distributorship at the time, and while supplying the face brick to a new hospital in the area, the hospital administrators decided they wanted to sell engraved name brick to grateful patients and veteran employees to place in the lobby.

I reached out to Ceramica to get advice for painting engraved stone that it outside. The receptionist Pam, was so incredibly helpful. I asked her for how to do this the correct way and she said that she usually gives the clients jars of a special coating to touch up numbers that are fading or peeling and offered to give me some to try. She even delivered the paint to me! I'll be using them for any future stone needs because of their wonderful customer service!
