Pros: we had our cabinet doors & drawer fronts replaced, the cabinet bases refinished to match doors & drawers, and new counter tops in 2020. I've waited to give a review so I could see how things would hold up over time given constant use of our new kitchen. I'm happy to report that my kitchen looks as great today as it did when they were finished with it almost 2 years ago.
It was a one man show for the cabinet re-vamp but he showed up on time every day and worked all day long with no other breaks than lunch. It took a full week to get the cabinets done but we love the results. Cons: the office personnel coordinating the scheduling etc. Seemed some what disorganized. They out sourced the countertop installation and that man showed up with an attitude, cussing someone out over the phone, then proceed to pound the heck out of our counter top with a hammer, eventually busting it. Sho-Pro took immediate steps to get a new replacement countertop ordered and expedited and someone else to install it.
Not long after the install the piece serving as the backslash on the counter top popped up and the caulking had shriveled but Sho-Pro jumped right on the problem and fixed it immediately. The Project Manager was very involved and we felt completely confident that he not only cared about the quality of the work being done but also to make sure that we were well taken care of.
I would like to have given a 5 but because of my experience with the counter tops I could not. However, understand that it wasn't Sho-Pros fault directly, they were quick to fix the problem created by the independent contractor they used created and I believe they intended not to use that person again. Overall we are very pleased with the end result and would use them again.

Last night's estimate of a kitchen remodel is a prime example of why I have lived with a kitchen I do not like and why it will probably stay stuck in 1985 indefinitely. When the sales representative entered my house, I informed him that no decision was going to be made on the spot. I planned to get other estimates and see different products offered by other companies.
I went through the process of selecting items that might be used in the remodel. The options were ones that I liked. I was not at all convinced that I wanted to install cabinets and counters that I only liked (not loved). When I stated that I was not going to commit on the spot, the sales representative became insulting. My intelligence was questioned, he told me to "enjoy living in my gingerbread house", and informed me that I did not make reasonable financial decisions since I was forfeiting a discount. The sales representative's horrible attitude convinced me that I made the right decision to continue looking for the right company for this remodel.

We wanted a walk in tub installed for my aging mother with dementia. This tub, installation cost us a little over $20,000. They told us prior to the work being done they would need to widen the doorframe and for $300 more they could rehang a doorframe. Fine. I asked if they would also rehang a new door. They said yes but we would need to buy it. Fine.
I just needed correct measurements. Getting those correct measurements never happened. They gave me a run around. Also telling me a prehung door would not be in stock in the store, but it was i just needed measurements! Needless to say we ended up having to hang the door ourselves which we are no carpenters. The other issues I have with this company is, the workers complained about their rate of pay while standing in my garage with me the customer.
They said the company needs to charge customers more! Uh, hello, we just paid 20,000 bucks for this job plus 300 more for something you said you had to do! and now you guys are standing in our garage complaining of your rate of pay! We also now are having issues with parts falling off the tub, and the colored light button is broke and it's been 3 weeks waiting on that part. they said they would let me know while they were here if and when the part would be available to get.
They never did. I've had to contact them 3 times to get the update. The other issue we just discovered, they cut into our crawlspace encapsulation we just paid to have done. Why on earth would they do that? They just ruined a 15,000 dollar job! While tub has been a life saver for my mom, and in general the tub is awesome, with cheap parts, shoddy workers, and now this issue, needless to say, I am NOT happy with this company. So for those of you who have had a great experience with them, great! But if you are thinking of using this company I'd look elsewhere.

We used Sho pro to remodel our kitchen. Our installer was a true master of the craft. His work was exceptional. He was here on time each day and kept us in the loop along the way. He went above and beyond in many areas of the remodel and paid attention to details. He also kept the area clean. That was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend our installer Joshua. Sho Pro of Indianapolis, Indiana II was promised a $50 restaurant gift card for this review, which I have already received, but I agreed to this review. The restaurant.com discount card is valid at only a few restaurants. The one restaurant in our city allows $10 off on a $30 purchase. I put the value of this card at much less than $50. We were led to believe that our bathroom install would take place before Thanksgiving, but it wasn't done until the last week in January.
It was scheduled to take 4 days, but actually took 6. Communication was poor. We never knew when installers were going to come. We have no complaints about the quality of the work, but there was some misunderstanding about the actual work to perform, resulting in me having to finish the job myself. This isn't a big deal, but I called Sho Pro and left a message about this, and my call was not returned, so I assumed it was OK. We are going to use local people for our other bathroom renovation.

I am very happy with the install of my new kitchen. Joshua was my installer. The one thing I can tell you about my experience with him is EXCEPTIONAL! If you are going to spend this much money on your home you would want someone doing the work more focused detail then you are. Joshua was that person. The process that Sho-pro has is so exciting to watch unfold right before your eyes.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Their communication is absolutely horrendous and their customer service is even worse. The guy that came out to give us a quote was the only good thing about this company. and he probably lied straight to our face. We agreed on cabinet refacing, new countertop, and new sink. They promised it would be done before our wedding.
After giving them a check for half of the full price I had to call and call to find out what the next steps were. They eventually came out to measure. The guy called TWO WEEKS later wanting to come back to remeasure because one of the measurements was wrong. After that. radio silence. Nobody called me with any plan or next steps. I would call them and they either wouldn't answer or told me they would call me in a few days once they had more information.
Never called back. This happened at least 3 times. I would leave voicemails and they would never return them. Eventually it was 3 weeks before my wedding and they still hadn't scheduled an installation date with me so I wanted to cancel the contract. The lady on the phone told me I couldn't cancel and I needed to read the back of my contract.
I asked her what it said since I didn't have it with me at that time and she couldn't give me an answer. She just kept telling me I needed to read the contract. She eventually HUNG UP ON ME and the project manager called me back. He apologized and said there was a delay in getting materials but nobody ever told me this the many other times I called trying to find out why they weren't scheduling an install date yet. Anyways.
I told him I needed to speak with my husband over the weekend to figure out what we wanted to do. I even called my lawyer to figure out how to get out of the contract (which we would have been able to do because on the paperwork it had a date range from date of start to date of finish and that time frame had already passed and they still didn't even have the materials yet).
So I called Monday to discuss plan and they never returned my call or voicemail so I canceled my check. 8 months later. Still nothing. What company comes to a home and gives an estimate, writes up a contract, takes your check, then never delivers on their promise and when you cancel the check they never contact you to figure out why or get their money for the specifically measured cabinets and countertops they can't install in anyone else's home?! An unprofessional scammer. That's who.
They either didn't want to deal with me anymore and took the loss or they lied and never ordered my materials. Do yourself a favor and find a different company for any of your home needs! They put on their website that they are a 5 star company and they try to use that to get you to agree to use them during the in home quote but they can put whatever reviews and stars they want on their website. They are 3.5 stars on here and Angi. Not 5. And from the other reviews I have read, other people have had the same issues I have.

Our project was a kitchen reface with new soft close cabinet doors, pull out shelves in 2 base cabinets, new countertops, sink, and faucet. We did not anticipate delays with the contract timeline; yet our installer made all the difference in our experience with Sho-Pro. His expertise is off the charts excellent. He went above and beyond the scope of work by identifying potential problems and recommending/executing unique solutions.

When the sho-pro guys showed up I thought it was going to be a team no it was one guy the tech knocking out. He is a one man team he did the job he installed it in 3 days were I was told 4. He did a excellent job I will recommend strongly their techs to come out your way to install for your bathroom needs.

Got kitchen cabinets resurfaced and new counter tops. The cabinets installer did a very good job. He was professional, courteous and always on time. Kitchen cabinets look brand new. Countertops look very good but installer made a couple mistakes and kept asking if it was acceptable. As a company, they don't return phone calls to answer questions. Material is good but over priced. They seem to not care about the customer once financing is complete. Poor customer service.

Numerous problems. Most recent and ongoing from the begining: They will not return phone calls, or email answers to my questions in a timely manner, and refuse to honor their promises. Most recently, have left three messages with receptionist, and one message with answering service during normal business hours - four unanswered calls in past four weeks regarding our previous shower installation, and most recent ordered parts from August 2020 not received.
In addition, they still have not apologized in writing for their damages/poor installation to our home. Some repaired, and some have not per our request because of poor workmanship. Multiple unanswered phone calls in 2020, too.

We visited your booth at the Indy home show on Friday and scheduled an appt with your sho-pro rep for the next day at 10 am. It turns out we also signed up for a call from your bath planet rep too. We told the rep (and every rep we dealt with) that we do not answer unknown numbers and they should leave a message when they call to schedule an apt and we would get back to them.
Every rep agreed and understood. Another company even gave us the number that the scheduler would be calling from so we could enter that in our phone so it wasn't an unknown number. 10:00 Sat came and went. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and told my husband we would wait until 10:30. Which is rare of me not to expect a rep to be on time and at minimum to call if there was an issue.
I retrieved the appt card to call your company but there wasn't a number on the card! A few minutes later your rep finally calls. Acting as if this was a cold call by asking your std introductory questions. She said she called twice the day before to reschedule but didnt leave a message as we requested (We had googled the number - there were 4 complaints of this number being spam).
The rep should have called BEFORE the 10:00 appt time, NOT more than 30 mins later! Bottom line, we have 2 projects, a small bathroom remodel and a complete floor to ceiling extensive kitchen remodel. I told my husband not to schedule another appt. If you cannot even get the initial appt right how can you manage a complete project?! We have other companies looking at these projects, and surely they are more professional. I am beyond frustrated! I seriously recommend training for your reps as I doubt I am the only potential client handled this way. Customer service is a lost art

Unprofessional, sloppy work. Not worth even half the money they charged me. The salesman was pushy and lied to us. The first set of workers covered over mold instead of replacing the insulation. They made promises they didn't keep. All in all, an extremely disappointing experience. I will never have them do work for me again.

We had Sho Pro do a full attic insulation job in January 2018 after having them in our home in December 2017. During that initial meeting, I was told they GUARANTEE a 25% reduction in utility bills and I flat out asked the crooked salesman what happens if we don't get that and when he wasn't able to provide a good answer, I should have ended the conversation then.
We waited 6 months without seeing any savings whatsoever and contacted them and they sent people back to our house 2 different times (one of those times being after they rescheduled on me at the last minute). After a few more months, still nothing so once again we contacted them and was told we had to give it 1 full year. We waited that one full year and here we are now 1.5 years later and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
They sent some shady rep to our house and he brought out this "formula" they use that apparently includes "degree days" and claimed the cost of our electricity itself had gone up even though I literally had EVERYTHING 100% documented showing that was not the case. Our average for the 12 months prior to the installation was $172.37 and then after was $201.23. Does anyone see those numbers and understand where they get a 25% savings from?
After their excuses over and over, they presented us with a check for roughly $120 which doesn't even cover the average INCREASE of bills that we saw let alone the 25% SAVINGS we were GUARANTEED. DO NOT TRUST SHO-PRO FOR ANYTHING. THEY WILL LIE AND CHEAT THEIR WAY OUT OF HELPING YOU OR STANDING BY THEIR OWN WORD! I will gladly provide written documentation showing our electric bills for the past 5 years if anyone would like to see them.

We had Sho Pro come out a few years ago to do an energy audit and see where our house is losing the most energy. Our attic is full of heat. The old insulation has disintegrated. Their insulation is between something that resembles aluminum foil and is guaranteed for a lifetime. The warranty is also transferable. Keagan and Trey, the installers were very nice.
They worked diligently and were ready to answer any questions that had. It is in writing that if our gas and electric bills don't drop at least 25%. They pay the first two full mos electric and gas bills. If the bills didn't drop the 25%, then they give a $500.00 rebate and pay your utility bills for 5 yrs. we wanted the product when we saw it years ago, but wondered if they would stay in business. It's been a few years and they also do several other home improvements. I will update in a couple of months when I see the utility bills.

I had the so called energy shield installed back in October of 2015 with all the promises of lower energy cost as well as a promise $500 energy bill payment. After a year of bill payments I called and after many attempts I talked to Don. He said they needed copies of my payments to my utility for the year before installation and the year after so they could analyze my usage per heating/cooling days. Sounded reasonable to me so I emailed them copies as requested. back in December OF 2016. Followed up with a phone call to insure the received it.
After a month or so I started doing follow up phone calls but Don was never available. I then sent a certified letter in April of 2017 to make sure the messages were getting through. To Date no reply. So from my perspective this was $10k HOAX
