What you wont find is a glitzy showroom and excess overhead. We had our stone installed in less than 2 weeks from selection. Gordy Jr, did our install, what a great guy! He asked what we thought, took pride in his job- respectful of my home, clean up was perfect.how many contractors do that? Highly recommend!

If you are looking to pay for high pressure sales people, brightly lit fancy showrooms and computer print outs you won't find them here. If you want to pay for stone shipped across the country you won't find it here. I couldn't find quite the color combination I wanted in their displays but that wasn't a problem. As they make their own stone they were able to customize a combination of colors to fit my home perfectly. It's nice to find a company that's been around for a while and still does business the old fashioned way.

I was nervous on picking out my fireplace Stone because Gordie seems a little aloof at times. When we couldn't find the color palette we wanted, he created one based on our wants and desires. And he nailed it! picking up my fireplace stone I also was a little bit nervous because he never responded to my emails telling him the specifics of the shapes and sizes we wanted. But he nailed it again. I gave him four stars because he did forget our hearthstone, but he made it right by discounting our bill. I will purchase from him again.

Gordy and his crew constructed an exterior stone wainscot on the front of my home in 1994. At first it looked great but in 2009 I noticed some deterioration. When it continued to deteriorate I contacted Gordy in 2011. He came out, looked at the problem areas and said he would get it fixed. I must have called him well over a HUNDRED times throughout the next 3 years.
Always said he would take care of the problem but never did. I ultimately had to employ a stone mason to repair the now totally disintegrated areas utilizing real stone. The cost was $1000. Gordy never even offered to provide replacement pieces. He should have covered both labor and material as some of the deterioration was due to bad workmanship. Their 50 year warranty is totally worthless. BUYER BEWARE!

My experience with cascade stone was great. I was educated from the start about what my options were and how I could create the look I was after. This company manufactures stone and has been doing so for many years. I was surprised to find out that they actually did the Mall of America (camp snoopy). The employees seemed very helpful and told me they could actually match any stone I wanted. The prices were very affordable and the completed project was beautiful. I will add photos soon. Would definitely recommend!
