Concrete Systems

Concrete Systems was started in 1968 by William High who believed that customer service should be a priority. The company was started in a small office/warehouse and yard at 2121 Menaul NE. Concrete Systems soon became a leading distributor of concrete construction accessories in New Mexico. In 1970, Bill got together with Sal Samaniego and Joe Simental in El Paso and El Paso Concrete Systems was born. The first location was shared with a local contractor. By 1972, El Paso CSI was in a new location at 946 Hawkins.
