Founded and incorporated in 1915, US Drill Head has provided thousands of multiple spindle drill heads to manufacturing customers across North America. Located at State Street in Cincinnati until 1960, US Drill Head moved to its current location at 5298 River Road, 10 miles west of its former headquarters.
US Drillhead manufactures a series of 2, 3 and 4 spindle Adjustable Heads to meet a wide range of manufacturing applications. Spindles are located in eccentric drums which are clamped into position to meet your particular center distance needs. The heads are manufactured from high quality aircraft aluminum castings with ball bearing and needle bearing construction.
Tur-a-dex Data Series 3000 | Series 4000 Low Production: Tur-a-dex indexing system gives the versatility of many passes for numerous operations at one station. For example, the four-sided Tur-a-dex gives four passes in any one face or multiple operations on the same center, such as drilling, chamfering, reaming, and tapping.
