We couldn't be happier with the whole KBR countertop installation process. It was such a joy to have a project run so smoothly from start to finish with just one slight hitch that was rectified. Everyone we dealt with at KBR from the office staff, Lindsey, Robert & Carla, to Mike who did the measuring, to the installers Kyle & Daniel, to John who did the plumbing and to Scott who resolved that one slight hitch to our 100% satisfaction.

Every one of them were professional and such pleasant folks to deal with; they were all dedicated to making sure we were happy at every step. We love our new countertops and whole-heartedly recommend KBR.

Installers showed up towards the end of the day. They were very professional and did a great job installing our new countertops. They took time to explain their process and some advice on maintenance and care of the quartz, which was new to us. I would recommend KBR to anyone. Thank you

We had such a great experience with this team. They installed quartz counterops for our kitchen and it was a pleasure to work with them the entire way. Excellent and fast communication and advice through the whole process. They had a great selection of quartz and the final product was installed perfectly along with a sink we provided. Everything is level and square and very secure - excellent product and excellent service!

Our experience with this company was horrible. We went through Home Depot and KBR is the bottom feeding contractor they sub their work to. The laser measurement employee came out and spent 3 hours taking" meticulous " measurements, only to have the granite ill fitting and instead of one day to install.it took multiple trips for them. The install crew must have just been hired as there are multiple problems with fit and finish.

Their idea of fixing errors was to run a bead of white caulk across it and smear it smooth with their dirty fingers! Mind you not a stitch of my walls or granite were white. Spent 7k with these idiots and could not be more unhappy. STEER CLEAR! Complained to the company KBR as well as Home Depot and was told by KBR that i was being petty! STEER CLEAR!

Terrible company. They stole my material and then sold it for a profit without asking me about it. They said they held it too long so basically it was theirs. STAY AWAY. They are definitely not customer focused or care about their customers. They offered me nothing for 3 whole slabs they stole from me and sold. I did a large project and 3 whole slabs were extra in it.

They even acknowledged it was my material but say that it is irrelevant because the person is not there anymore. Must be nice to double profit off of projects. Be careful they double dip and don't care to offer anything for their screwups.

We had a great experience with KBR, from the measurement appointment through the installment, and everything in between. Everyone was professional, friendly but respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. We are thoroughly enjoying the finished product.

The call center staff to the installers were courteous and professional. My questions were answered in a timely manner. The two installers, Chris and Ian, were careful to keep the site clean. They also put on a fabulous seam consealer. It looks amazing. The caulk looks great too. I highly recommend KBR for your next project. I will definitely use them again.

We love our new countertops from KBR. The install went very smoothly. They kept us informed with dates and times and were prompt and professional. I would highly recommend them.

They handled all communication perfectly. I never felt as though I had slipped through the cracks even though due to supply chain issues I had to wait eight months from the time of purchase to install. Workers were respectful of property and did the work fast and efficiently. I wish I could have worked with them directly instead of stupid Home Depot who made mistake after mistake.

KBR was very professional start to finish. Kyle and Tyler made our countertop installation completely stress free. We are so happy with our project and will definitely use them for our additional upcoming projects.

Beware of anyone who subcontracts to this installer for new builds, as they are definitely "builder grade". Sink came detached from the countertop after approximately 18 months, and they will not budge on a one year warranty without not only charging for the service call, but also requiring me to disconnect and reconnect the plumbing (which they refuse to do themselves), tripling the price of the job.

Our new counter top looks great, a perfect fit! KBR was a dream to deal with. From the laser measuring to the final installation everything went great. Their team was on time, friendly, courteous and professional. The cleaned up when they were finished. We could not have asked for a better experience or for better results.

The whole process to get my new countertops, with KBR, was amazing. The communication for setting up measuring and install was great. The install crew was incredibly professional and courteous with making sure to avoid damage and clean up after themselves.

This place was absolutely terrible. We contracted with Kelly Brothers Lumber to install countertops, who then contracted with KBR, who then subcontracted with TM Cooper Home Repair to install our countertops and 2 vanity tops. Yes, 3 middle men. The job was supposed to be done in 2 days. It took 4.5 days off my time and the installation is still. not correct.

I'll bullet point the issues: island top was installed on top of a protruding screw for the dishwasher mount (also installed by KBR) this caused the entire top to be out of level and not sealed. silica dust and the hole cutouts was left in the cabinets and drawer slides in the kitchen and bathrooms. the full height backsplash was.

It took 4+ months to get the countertop installed after I walked into home depot with measurements. KBR went back on their word that they gave to the associate at home depot that they would honor a said price for my countertop. I had to file multiple complaints with BBB to get the order in at the original discussed price, home depot ended up paying. the difference to KBR to get the order in, they were happy to take the extra money from home depot for the order but when the time came to install the countertop, KBR called me and said that I had to take my BBB complaint down or they wouldn't install.

They ended up cancelling my scheduled install the day before the install date. It then took the BBB complaint down and after that I was told that they would get to it when they get to it, 4 weeks later, i had the install happen. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, worst contractor i've ever dealt with. I got a call from KBR after I wrote a review that they deserved with home depot where they yelled and cursed, said I was a terrible human for doing that.
