I met with Brad and he took care of everything! I just have to say that this place has an amazing selection of materials. Many different runs of granite as well as quartz. It was so hard to choose which one I liked the best! My kitchen countertops and bathroom vanities are stunning! The measure and install went smoothly and I was on the schedule pretty quickly. Thank you Stone Statements. I'll definitely be back for future projects!

EDITED AFTER INSTALL: First visit was very nice. And they got us on the schedule quickly to get it done before a baby shower we are hosting. With that being said, the installer did terrible work. Whoever measured did it wrong, and the granite peice was too long. They cut a 6ft long hole into our wall to push the granite in and force it to fit. SIX FEET LONG HOLE IN THE WALL.

They also damaged the wall at the end of the counter, and underneath it. It was too long at the other end, and they cut a giant, ugly notch into our door frame, to force it to fit, which wasnt even big enough, and is now preventing our door from closing correctly. Oh and the sink hole was cut off center. We called to ask what on earth happened, and the response was. lacking.

That's after several days of having our calls ignored. "Oh that's normal. Happens all the time. Arent you guys doing a backsplash anyway? Itll cover most of that right up. We didnt cause your door to have issues closing." (Door closed fine in the morning, then after the countertop went in it wont close, you do the math) and they offered to cut the hole bigger for our faucet so it would be centered.

And just have a leftover hole from the edge of the faucet. Beautiful granite peice, installed terribly and with lazy effort. And the customer service response basically said "oh well" Bottom line, dont shop here unless you want your kitchen damaged or destroyed. It's not worth the money saved. And theyll just tell you it "happens all the time"

Great selection. Good, and patient, providing input on selecting granite. Glad they talked me into a farmhouse sink. Good call on that one. Affordable, especially compared to a real (maple) butcher-block counter. Installation team was great. One of the team members came out to help me with a rough edge on the inside of the sink (granite is not indestructible) and smoothed (hand benched) out the edge.

It looks like it was done by a machine. (That's a compliment.) :) Adding in a few pics. Not the best photography but shows the beauty of the variation you can find in their materials. Will be ringing this team up shortly to upgrade the master bath. (8/1/20)

Stone Statements has a large variety of inventory to pick from, all housed in an indoor showroom. We selected a granite product call White Springs, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. Installation occurred in about 3 weeks and all measurements were done electronically, resulting in a perfect fit! If you're looking for countertops, come check out Stone Statements. Beautiful! I have been waiting for a sunny day to post our outdoor granite we had done by Stone Statements! This is our third project that Stone Statements has done for us: kitchen, master bath, and patio. I can't recommend them enough, their selection is excellent and the service of working with Brad and/or Holly is always positive.

Jessica was a delight to work with. Stone Statements has a fabulous selection but she helped me match granite with cabinets and tile. Treavor is very knowledgeable - measured perfectly and the guys that installed were professional, friendly and install was smooth and perfect. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Stone Statements. You exceeded expectations.

Doug and his team completed a kitchen remodel for us in the past week including a sink top in our basement. The tops fit perfectly and are simply stunning. His team noticed and imperfection in our island top and were able to completely refabricated in a day keeping our project on schedule. I would recommend Stone Statements to anyone contemplating any projects requiring Stone surface fabrication.

Stone Statements made the kitchen remodeling process quick and easy. The counter top selection is extensive, the management team is professional and the installation team is terrific. From selection to installation took about one week. When the installation was complete the team took time to ensure that everything was the way that I wanted it. Just an outstanding experience.

Stone Statements by far sets the trade standards. After visiting multiple companies it was easy to see the differences. The selection is vast and visible. We went with Quartz for our kitchen with the slab materials on site this made for an easier decision for us. The staff supersedes in knowledge of the products. Our installation went smooth and the guys were great. I've referred my family to them already, hands down the best we have worked with.

Doug was very personable and lent recommendations to different counter tops and materials that would work well in my current kitchen design. I enjoyed walking the warehouse and looking at all the different slabs to pick from. I saved an immense amount of money when comparing quotes to other local competitors for the same job. I would highly recommend Doug and his team and I know I will be back for future projects. Timeline from start to finish was 8 days. That's the time from picking out my slabs to finishing the counter top install. Highly impressed.

They do an excellent job and have a huge selection of granite, quartzite, marble and quartz. Highly recommend.

These guys brought the wow to the kitchen! They just finished installing 6 pieces of stone for us, The entire process was great, They have a HUGE selection of stone inside a warehouse. They fabricate the stone with some very accurate equipment so that it fits exact. The entire team from sales to fabrication to install was very professional. I was impressed with the book matched slabs and the quality of the fit and assembly. If you want a quality job check these people out.

We were looking to add a built-in desk area in our kitchen. After price shopping and looking at many different stones, we purchased our granite countertop from Stone Statements. Their New Venetian Gold was a great match to the Slate Cherry cabinets. We are very happy with the selection and product. After picking the stone, they took our deposit and set our measurement appointment that day.

One week later they came out to install the countertop. Being a small piece with no cutouts or connections, they were completed in less than a half hour. Great selection. Indoor warehouse to pick the stone. Courteous staff. Responsive.

Stone Statements has excellent service and selection! They did the granite in our entire new home. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy! Installers did a fantastic job and their attention to detail was second to none. We could not be happier with our granite and our overall experience. We would highly recommend this company!

I've seen some poor reviews of Stone Statements, but maybe they have turned a corner. Our experience was nothing short of awesome. Carl was great to work with, they have an amazing inventory of stone, they cut our slab exactly as we asked, finished it perfectly, and sent great guys to install. There were no surprises, or hidden charges, and they did it all in a very good timeframe, and even for a better price than Lowes or Home Depot. Our experience was A+. And you can go there to see the slabs.you will feel like you are in a museum looking at all the great stuff they have there.

I've worked with Stone Statements multiple times in the past on kitchen projects and this time when it came to my own home I was seriously disappointed. I was given a price of $85sq ft installed price for a slab of white macabus in the showroom and I measured and sent a dimensioned drawing done in AutoCAD to Kathy and Tom. It took two weeks to get a formal quote back and when I did they quoted the sq. ft at 40 feet, when we only have 30 and the price went up to roughly $107sq. Ft.

I immediately called and spoke to Brian and explained the situation, that I'm an Interior Designer and know exactly how much sq. ft I have. I was told they would send it back to the estimator and send me an updated quote by the following Monday. Well it's Saturday a week later, we still haven't heard anything. I've called and so has my husband, multiple times as well as emailed. Seems like they got caught mis-quoting and over pricing and now don't want to respond. It's very disappointing as I have recommended quite a few clients to them and given them a lot of business. Shame on you Stone Statements. ***If you do choose to work with SS make sure you know exactly how much sq. footage you have and have them break down your quote so you know what you are paying for. BUYER BEWARE! We hired Stone Statements to put a granite countertop in one of our bathrooms. The granite looks lovely but the installers put a 5 inch scratch in our mirror. It ruined the mirror because the scratch is right at eye level. I understand that accidents happen. But what I don't understand is why no one from Stone Solutions will reply to my calls or emails about it.

I have sent 3 emails and have left 3 voice messages for the manager over the course of 6 weeks and all have been ignored. So, if you're considering Stone Solutions, just hope they don't accidentally damage anything in your house. Because not only will they not take responsibility for it, they won't even return your call.

They quoted me a price for my countertop and said they would get back to me about a question I had. I went over to give them a check 4 days later after not hearing back from them on my question and they had sold my slab to someone else. So, in my opinion, they are not trustworthy or ethical and I would be leery of working with them. I know that I will never go there again.
