Woodcase Fine Cabinetry

Excessively disappointed. Woodcase provided the cabinets for our entire home. Poor quality on paints and stain. Rubbing off after a couple of years. Drawers routinely fall off of drawer guides since day one, and continues to date. Cabinets are now 5 years old. We have had two hinges fail this month. Looked great at installation, finishes and hardware are garbage. Good luck getting them to call you back.

If you are looking for terrible quality and even worse customer service you have found the right place for you! I have had multiple drawers fall /glides come undone from boxes over the years. As I told them I am happy to pay - just looking for a repair/service call to fix the issue. They refuse. First they tell you we have to go through builder. So we did that.

They still refuse to help. As it turns out (it seems) since our builder doesn't use them anymore because of all of the issues - they refuse to service the end customer. I even said I would do it myself - just need the part. They also refuse. What great service! So if you use them - be prepared to be on your own island when they fall apart.which they will.

Our entire community of 50 homes have been complaining for years about how bad the quality. The icing on the cake is the the refusal to help when their is an issue!. There is a reason there are so many bad reviews here.and on yelp! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

If you want bad quality and even worse service.you have found the right place! Something so simple and they refuse to help. I'm happy to pay.not looking for a freebie either. Like many of the drawers throughout our home - another one bit the dust. They refuse to help unless we go back through our builder. So I did that. Builder "approved" for them to talk to me.

Now they still won't help. I just need the 2 brackets and Unless you are under warranty - they have zero service literally. You are on your own. As a business owner myself - I would not fathom treating customers like this. There is a reason they have 2.5 stars! Buyer beware

This is not a fine cabinet. Obviously, it particle board. Secondly the installation was extremely poor. (Note drilling error). Both lead to the drawer failure. A very nice receptionist explained to me that they do not sell retail- so I could not buy a replacement drawer - which is absurd. It is standard drawer and obviously massed produced. I also noted that the her speech was too well practiced- she gets a lot of practice- answer for everything. My experience was extremely poor. No customer service. Avoids responsibility.

I work here and have been working here for over 3 weeks this place is amazing the shift the people working here the management supervisors Anna Patrick Ben Romero Jesse Joe Aiden flaco are all great people these cabinets are custom one of a kind and very very good quality

Very unhelpful. They would not let us come see their cabinet colors that are going in our home because it's with a builder. Horrible customer service. Cheap wood options and limited color choices. Avoid.

If you like cabinets that look worn and distressed in 6 months then this is your company! If you like to see seams, have missing trim pieces and uneven cabinets then you have found the ideal cabinet manufacturer for you! The quality is the worst we've ever had; and we've owned five new homes so this isn't our first rodeo.

Buyer Beware! We worked diligently with this company to purchase cabinets for out remodel project. After two visits with them to discuss details and refine the scope we were getting the hard sell. we were made to feel like we were wasting their time and we were pressed to sign a contract and write them a 50% deposit check. We signed and were told we would have a sample in a few weeks and delivery would be in about 9 weeks.

Five weeks after they cashed our deposit check we still hadn't seen the sample door; however, instead received a phone call and were told they were cancelling our order. No reasonable explanation was provided, just several vaguely stated excuses. Four weeks from delivery and we are starting over. At least we got our money back. This company showed a consummate lack of professional ethics and customer service. Buyer Beware!

We are so happy with our cabinets. They came and adjusted a door that wasn't closing right away. Very personable.

We built a semi custom home so Woodcase wasn't our choice but rather the company the builder used. After we moved in we hired them to add cabinets, they took forever, changed salespeople, took forever to install and left off details like hardware and counter tops. The cabinets are fine but the quality of customer service is typical Arizona which we are finding is nonexistent

Woodcase was wonderful to work with at every stage of the process. They took the time to help me select the perfect cabinets for my home, manufactured and installed them in the time they promised and left my home clean on the day of install. The cabinets are just perfect and are of a much higher quality of anything I compared them to at the big box stores and other manufacturers. Thank you Woodcase!

Woodcase supplied all of the cabinets for a new home we built in Scottsdale. As this was a rather large home, we had a substantial number of cabinets. We also contracted with them to build a custom entertainment center. It was cherry and cherry veneer which matched the cabinets. The quality was superb. The installation process was flawless. The price of the entertainment center and cabinets was more than fair.

The beauty of a fine quality natural wood product creates such a warm and inviting look for all who have seen it. Numerous positive comments on the cabinets and entertainment center. There are two employees worthy of special mention for their above and beyond efforts: 1) Ashley Reece (sales and design consultant)- she took the time to understand our needs for the entertainment center and made various changes and suggestions to guarantee we were more than satisfied with the finished product! bravo Ashley. 2)Scott Weitzel (service tech)-Scott was great at making the minor repairs and adjustments that invariably were needed for a job this large. His care and professionalism were very much appreciated! I highly recommend this company.

We have a house full of woodcase cabinets and the quality is acceptable. I would not recommend them because you cannot buy additional or replacement cabinets. Their minimum purchase is $5,000 and they only do finished jobs where they do the installation. So if you need a replacement or additional cabinet they cannot help. If you are doing a one time remodel or install they are fine but be aware of their policy on upgrades and replacements.

They have terrible customer seevice and don't stand behind their warranty or keep their word. Their cabinets are very cheaply made. They don't replace damaged cabinets, they just cover up the damages and that does not last. Lots of cabinets in our home were damaged and they would not replace. Terrible company.

Was totally blown off by the employees of this company. We are having a home build in San Tan Valley and want a custom entertainment wall unit and office suite. We had called and made an appointment since we were driving from California. Our appointment was at 2pm. There was only one sales person there when we arrived, who did not know we were coming, had no idea what we were there for.

We ended up spending about 1.5 hrs discussing what we wanted and had drawing a diagram (no computerized capability). When we left we were told it would take about 10 days for them to draw up the plans with an initial estimate. Never heard from the sales woman.had to call her.no initial drawings, no estimate.and a note that we should go someplace else since there was one item on the list they could not or would not do! Waterfall the end of a table with the same wood used on the top. I'm gone.not again. They are just so inept!

Do not use this company. Poor quality horrible craftsmanship and horrible installation. Built a new house this was the company that installed all cabinetry flooring etc. cabinets paint does not hold up warranty is only for one year. Paid extra for sliding cabinets. Done so cheaply they broke after 15 months. If you try to call to have anyone come fix they don't return phone calls. And then all we hear is, we had one year warranty. I would think a brand new home in brand new cabinets would last longer than one year. Save your money go somewhere else.

While I think this company makes good quality cabinets, they are really difficult to work with if you need an alteration. Because I use a wheelchair, I need a kitchen sink cabinet that has space for my knees under the sink. It seemed like the company had never had experience in building an adaptive cabinet of this type. When I explained explicitly what I needed, they wanted to charge what I consider to be an exorbitant price to build it.

That seems like a subtle form of discrimination to me-- I actually wanted less cabinet, and they wanted to charge me more than twice as much for it. Same deal for the bathroom sink cabinet.

We ordered our custom cabinets from Woodcase and could not have been happier. The cabinets are high quality and they look beautiful in our home. The cabinets arrived in a timely manner as promised. The staff was all very accommodating and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend!

I had my kitchen remodeled by Woodcase Fine Cabinetry and I absolutely love my new kitchen! They delivered on time and their installers were very professional and courteous. Amy Baer and Karen McGee were very knowledgeable and walked me through every step.
