With our customers' ever expanding needs in mind, Safety Socket moved into our new, modern manufacturing facility. This provides us with an improved production layout and increased capacity. The quality assurance lab has been expanded and upgraded to ensure we meet the highest quality expectations of our customers and end users. The large, efficient shipping and receiving area keeps materials and product moving in and out of the facility with ease. The newest computer and technology systems are being incorporated throughout the plant.
Services
Once producing primarily alloy fasteners, the company now regularly turns out product in standard and exotic stainless materials like A286, 17-4PH, Hastelloy and Inconel. Materials specifications such as B7M and B8M are daily occurrences. Safety Socket has even extended it offerings into tougher alloy grades like H11 and 8740.
Safety Socket has a unique advantage in our ability to manufacture special commercial fasteners. We have the internal capabilities to produce screws by cold heading, hot heading, and single-spindle process. Along with a wide variety of secondary operations, we truly are a "made-to-print" manufacturing specialist.
Safety Socket has a unique advantage in our ability to manufacture aerospace/military fasteners. It is not common for manufacturers to have the internal capabilities to produce screws by cold heading, hot heading, single-spindle and/or multi-spindle process all under one roof. This ability allows us to concentrate on getting product to our customers in the most cost critical and delivery demanded way possible.
