Bee Window supplied excellent windows that were installed professionally. My installer Brad was nice and did a great job. He even pointed out a small defect he noticed and scheduled the service team to come take a look at it. Overall, I am very pleased with working with this company. The price is higher than I expected, and perhaps too high for the amount of windows we replaced, so that is something to think about when concerning working with this company.

This company was very professional and they sent emails and called to update us on our window prior to the installation. They removed our bay window and resided the front of our house once the new window was installed within half a day. The installers were very professional and cleaned up really well. Very pleased with the window and the service.

We were very pleased that our windows were received at least a month earlier than we expected so we were able to have them installed before the hot summer weather arrived The installers arrived on time and were very professional with many years of experience working for Bee Window. The installers worked efficiently and left the work areas (we had 11 windows replaced) clean and free of debris - inside and out.
Last year, Bee Window replaced our faux French doors with a sliding glass door and that experience was great and hassle-free, too. The product and installation work are top quality and we would highly recommend!

Our first experience with Bee was great. They installed a sliding glass door. High quality product, great communication, quick and clean installation. Second experience has been really really bad. Started off fine. The measure and quote went well. Install day came and one of the bathroom windows that was supposed to have frosted glass had standard glass.
They said they'd re order and come out and install. It took 4 months. And when they came out to install the replacement, it was incorrect too. Only the top half of the window was frosted. That was a month and a half ago. They said I'd hear back early May, it's May 15 and I haven't heard a peep from them since. For as expensive their windows are the really don't seem to care about getting it right and taking care of the customer after theyve been paid. Big fail.

I had a good install experiance with the two gentleman, Tyler and I wished I could remember the other gentleman's name, that came out to install and constructed an opening to place a sliding patio door, I even asked if they would save my storm door and place in the garage for me and they were more then willing too. The first gentleman walked me thru what to expect and covered up my items with plastic to protect the dust from the cutting they had to do to make the opening larger.
Once complete they cleaned up all their mess inside and out. I had the drywall finisher, Neal, come and he did a good job as well and let me know when he was finished what I needed to do before painting took place. Also the ladies in the office kept me informed Christina and Lexi.

We hired Bee to install a sliding glass door last fall. The person placing the door stated that he over measured and took out more than he meant for the space the door would be going into, but stated he could repair it and cover up the space. After two days we were left with what is pictured below. Due to having Covid and Heart surgery we held off on painting immediately.
We just had our contractor come out to give us a detailed summary of repairs for that specific area and it will be $300 just to repair what was done. We notified Bee of this. Per Bee it is the owners responsibility to fix this and it is in the agreement. So be prepared to hire more labor after the placement of windows or doors. If you see, the coverage isn't even and wasn't even sanded down.

2 stars. One for quality, their product is fantastic. Second star is for friendly and professional installers. Can't complain about those guys. However, one window was ordered incorrectly. Our down level bathroom window was suppose to be frosted for privacy. On install day, they only had a clear standard window for that bathroom. When my wife pointed out the mistake the installer was very professional and apologized and said they would install the window they had but he would contact his supervisor to correct it. Turns out the order was not input correctly.
They re-ordered the window and didn't charge us the usual up charge for making the window frosted. 5 months later, they show up to install the new window and it's still not right. The top pane of the window is frosted, the bottom is clear. It's useless as a privacy window. No ETA on the next window yet. 6+ months after initial install and the project still doesn't have a clear end in sight, I can't bring myself to recommend after this service. They'll have to go above and beyond in correcting this in order for me to edit this review and give more stars.

I didn't use them for the work because they wanted 10 thousand dollars for 2 basic entry doors. I was speechless when he showed me the quote. The first number is 15 thousand dollars. Two 32inch at Menards costs 600 dollars. 9500 dollars in labor, completely insane. I feels so bad for people who actually sign with Bee. If my grandparents got work done from these fools I'd Bee knocking on their doors.

Mad at myself for a Ben considering using Bee. Ordered 3 doors on June 16, 2021. Was told install would be in August. Have gotten texts and emails stating that product is not in yet, thanks for being patient. I am out of patience since I have been calling with no answers to why my doors are not in. Last week I was told 2 of my doors were in. This week, they cannot get one of my doors and they sent another similar option.

And now they say they can't cancel because I am past the 30 day cancellation. And product has come in. Well you failed to tell me that I wouldn't get my doors in a timely fashion within that 30 days.
And the manager would talk to me about a 'discount' AFTER installation. Ummmm no. You are not installing and talking later! DO NOT USE BEE! Terrible customer service! I can get similar doors for all 3 at less then $1,000 and they are charging almost $20,000!

Had a Sunrise window seal go bad 1 1/2 years ago so I contacted Bee to get it replaced, Waited for 7 months and they finally called and told me the window was in and gave me an installation date. Showed up and it was the wrong color. They gave me another installation date about six months from the previous 7 months. They called me the day before the installation date and told me that the window has not arrived yet. They never gave me a new installation date so I have tried to contact them but no one returns my call.

Our Bee Window experience was nothing buy 1st class all the way. The Salesman (Kyle), Measuring Tech (Russell), and the Installers (Mario & Jose) were very friendly, and very good at their jobs. I would recommend Bee Window for the best of quality in both people and materials! Service: Window installation

We moved into a new home a little over a year ago and wanted to do some upgrading from builder level. We shopped around and found our way to Bee windows in Fishers. The salesperson Drew did a great job presenting the french doors to replace to sliding glass door and later converting the 3 season room to a sunroom with a heat pump. The initial french door replacement is a homeguard metal door Amish made.
The windows in the new sunroom are sunrise restoration windows. They are amazing. The crew worked through rainstorms for almost three days. The room is amazing. You would never think it was a screened in room. Even in the middle of winter or summer we will be able to use the room.

Bee window guy came over to give us a free estimate on our windows. I requested he wear a mask and he looked confused. He said I'm vaccinated, and I said I'm requesting you wear a mask. He reluctantly goes back to the car and grabs a mask. Once inside he asks why we aren't going to wear a mask. I replied why would I wear a mask at my house?
He looked to my husband who also responded that we won't be wearing one in our home. We asked him would he like to move on and give the quote and he responded yes. We continue with the quote and he finally leaves only to leave our front gate wide open.

Bee Window stopped work on my project without notification, gave no explanation, contractor no showed several times during the installation. We entered into a contract for Siding, Windows and Doors. The sales person completed an application for a line of credit on my behalf and it was approved. The line of credit allowed 6 months to purchase and I made the purchase on the same day as the approval, however Bee Window only billed the line of credit for half of the project fee that day and never billed for the rest of the project. Bee Window is suing me for the remainder of the cost because they let the line of credit expire. The project is still incomplete and no attempts to contract me have been made with the exception of a lawyer hired by Bee Window to sue me!

Project was just completed. My windows and siding look amazing thanks to Tyler and his crew. My only complaint would be a few scraps left in my yard once the job was completed. Called into their office to let them know and they sent someone out the next day to clean up the scraps left behind. I will definitely be using them again for future projects.

They have refused to even come out to offer me an estimate on my windows because my husband works 7 days a week 3pm to 11pm and won't be able to give them 90 minutes of his time. Basically they are stating that the little old lady can't be trusted to make decisions about her house without her husband by her side. They even referred me to other companies who have "different policies". Hey Bee. it's 2021. my husband trusts me to make these decisions. why don't you?

Had them come to my house to give me a highly overpriced quote. I had the same done locally for 25% of what Bee Window was going to charge. That was longer than2 years ago, and they continue to call me everyday to harass me into buying new windows. (10 calls in the past 10 days) I tell them each time, that I live in a new home and have no need for windows. "Please remove me from your list". NOPE! They'd rather continue to harass me.

Purchased new windows in June. July storm and water came through one window in buckets. Inspection showed improper installation. After trying to settle for damages and repairs, finally had to let insurance do the work. It's now October with minimal response from Bee. Would not recommend any company that will not stand by there work.

This company is a cluster of terrible service. What started easy by making an appointment online turned in to over an hour wasted on the phone trying to confirm my appointment and ended with the sales person walking out of our home because my husband wasn't going to be sitting in on the "presentation". My husband could care less about the window selected or any options available.
He trusts me to do the research and make an educated decision. When the sales person was told I would be the only one able to listen to his estimate, he asked to reschedule. Both my husband I told him that I was more than capable to do it, but the guy refused and walked out. What a misogynistic business model. Glad we went with an other company!

I took time to meet with their consultant, and thought we had a workable plan. They were supposed to send me a quote. A week later I had not heard anything, so I called them to follow up, and confirmed my email address. The next evening, I still had not heard anything, so I called and told them if I didn't have a quote by the following day I would need to go with someone else.
A supervisor called me that evening, and said they had had the email incorrect before (which doesn't seem right as I typed it in myself, and the office confirmed it when I called the day before) but that they would now resolve it. That was three days ago, during which time the salesperson and I have traded voicemails, but I still haven't received a quote, and it has now been two weeks. I don't want to work with a company that doesn't respect my time, so am back to square one looking for another window company.

Set up service to replace caulking on windows. Many calls to try and get scheduled. Took two months of waiting for service. The day of appointment after they should have arrived they called to cancel due to truck break down. (I offered to give their employee a ride if they don't have vehicles)They offered to reschedule 10 days away from the original schedule. This should have been easy money for them. Apparently they don't need the money. They have been fired before they even did the work.

Sounds like they did me a favor, based on the reviews. I Called about a service quote today based on a referral from another contractor. They weren't willing to come out unless I would guarantee that my husband was home and give them 90 minutes for a presentation. I simply don't have that type of time. Called a competitor and they are happy to oblige. Quality service is a requirement when I'm spending my money.

We would NOT recommend them for anything! If I were to write everything, it would be a book. we went w/Bee Window, because they were such a reputable company. BUT.they NO LONGER ARE! PLEASE, pay heed to ALL the bad reviews on the different sites! *it STARTED, w/coming on the wrong week to install windows, when we we were holding til our new roof got installed (& being told off, because I did not want it installed before the roof, & was told it was $40,000 worth of windows/inventory, & he would NOT take them back to sit in the warehouse, it was too much money, so, they DID install them that day, BEFORE the roof, & yes there was an issue, but luckily, it only involved one window!). *THEN, it went to having non carpenters "try" to install the wood on the inside. *THEN, not having the rubber seam on the outside (the 4 strips on each window, that is supposed to keep the air out!), put in properly/leaving space for bugs to get in/nest (which has never been fixed right, so we still have the nesting bugs!). & if you open the window, all their "nesting stuff" flies in your house, & don't think about taking the screen out, or they are literally IN your house! *****THEN, seeing daylight thru the edges of the screens (still there!.not fitted properly). *THEN, to taking over a year to get the inside wood fixed properly (which incl: leaving exposed insulation in a bathrm!). ****THEN, to taking back the screens, w/the good material (which George/owner gave us, due to so many issues w/the screens/windows!), & replacing them back w/the cheaper material, & then STILL sending them back to us, where we could see daylight thru them (that's still how they are!). Meanwhile, the expert people, the Marvin window rep, & their own employees, said it wasn't right. BUT.even tho George, the owner, was here himself a few times, & saw the stuff (& said he'd take care of it!), we did NOT get it taken care of, & what was taken care of, took forever to get done, (which stressed the heck out of us, having to call, email, & text constantly!.NO COMMUNICATION on their part). *AND, they have now told us, after fighting them for a couple years, they won't warranty any of it, because we held back, $2000, till they finished the job "properly" (& that of course, has not happened yet, !?) It has been a fiasco!
There is A LOT more to this story. & let's just say, it definitely has NOT been worth our $40,000+, for windows, esp NOT our TIME to stay on top of it. Hopefully, this saves you, the same hassles, we have had to endure :-( I DO have lots of pictures, and emails, and texts, backing what little part of the story, I have told.

Horrible experience. Most unorganized business I have ever dealt with. Signed contract for new windows and new siding on may 2017. The completion date was set for July 30th. First they came to install windows. Ok. Then we were waiting on siding. And waiting. Kept saying they were behind on other jobs and other rude BS. First delivery of siding. Not what I ordered.
By the time the right siding was delivered and they found time for my house it was OCTOBER! Yes OCTOBER. My house which was supposed to be finished in July, looked like crap all summer, was finally finished November 8th, 2017. Plus you would think you would get a thank you for your business or sorry about the delay. I would never recommend Bee Window to anyone.
