I worked with Sarah during the whole process by email-text since my job doesn't allow me to look for drapes during the week. My order was very much delayed (not to blame creative blinds) it was wrong, again maybe not their fault, but then she was not even available to pick up the phone and explained me what happened, I was stuck for another month with wrong drapes and finally they suddenly appear at my door, no heads-up no confirmation from Creative Blinds. They are cheap but service is not the best.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was with Creative Blinds. Erika was organized, prompt and responsive to all of my questions. Our installer, Fernando, was amazing and quite the perfectionist. I look forward to working with them again for other projects in our home.

Sarah was hands down the best to deal with for our creative blind consultation. She was in contact with us from start to finish and gave us updates a long the way. Super knowledgeable of every product and was able to find the best for our house based on our budget. Truly an exceptional employee and professional. Highly recommend her and the products.

Creative Blinds did a terrific job installing new blinds in our new home. In particular, Julia Feldman was very helpful in selecting the blinds, scheduling the installation and being onsite to oversee the work. In addition to the blinds, Julia also assisted us in choosing wallpaper in our master bedroom and powder room. We would highly recommend Creative Blinds and Julia if you want you home to be functional and impress your visitors.

Highly recommend! I was having trouble finding a blind for a bathroom remodel.until I found Creative Blinds. They have a wonderful showroom to see blinds in person and Sharon came to the house. Sharon has a great sense of style and found the PERFECT motorized shade to match the bathroom! And now the window is a highlight of the bathroom!

I reached out to creative blinds a few months into the health pandemic, once houston was beginning to lift some of the stay home restrictions. I was extremely comfortable with their protocols and safety measures and I wanted the sales rep to be comfortable with my environment as well. Sharon, and I set an appointment for her to come to my home. We both wore masks, she wore gloves and shoe covers as well.

We safely passed sample books, that she pre picked, based on my window size, price point, needs and preferences. Her suggestions were extremely helpful, she is knowledgeable about the products, fabrics, mechanisms and very importantly, what fabrics could be used on my very large windows with the remote controls I wanted. We communicated via email the following week while I narrowed my personal choices down.

We then made a one on one appointment for me to go to the showroom to see them on display. Sharon referred me to pages on the Hunter Douglas website, as well as sent me links that showed pictures of rooms and windows giving me a better vision of what my windows would look like with my two final choices. Sharon and Myra, who also works at this location, worked hard to make sure I got all of the sale prices and rebates being offered.

They were always available and always responded to my questions or emails quickly. Once I decide on my window treatments, an appointment was made within a week for the installer, Jimmy to come out for exact measurements. Within a few weeks of placing my order, Jimmy and his coworker installed my new beautiful window treatments. The entire staff were beyond helpful, professional and friendly.

Each person wore face masks and shoe covers at all times. Sharon went above and beyond, even stopping by during the installation to make sure I was completely satisfied and I believe, to admire what a great job she and I did picking the perfect treatments for my windows.

It's been a complete pleasure working with the designer at creative blinds. From the consultation to selection then fitting and delivery, everything has been smooth and easy. You can really get a strong sense of how much pride they take in their work. We have been on the fence on how to effectively dress our entry hall for a long time. We wanted privacy but loved the natural light. Creative blinds recommended automatic blinds and this was exactly what we needed. We couldn't be happier! Don't make a mistake, just stick with Creative Blinds!

We couldn't be happier with our new shades and drapes! The drapes I originally had were not custom, but still very expensive restoration hardware drapes and they looked like I hung up bed sheets. The drapes make the room feel tailored and complete, a world of difference! The automatic shades are a perfect addition to the entrance of the house, they are subtle and clean and super functional so that no one can peek in. Overall such amazing quality and service from Creative Blinds! Can't wait to do the rest of the house!

I had a great experience working with Mayra at Creative Blinds. I do not live locally and she went above and beyond to work with me over the phone for my convenience. I appreciate that she gave me accurate pricing quotes and made sure that the work was completed on the timeline that we discussed.
